"Chad did a complete tear off of my roof 5yrs ago, replaced the plywood and put on new shingles. I had my gutters cleaned in October of 2021 and was told by another roofer that my roof was put on wrong and would need to be replaced in the spring. During the recent wind storm a good portion of my roof blew off! Therefore the roofer who warned me of the issues was completely correct and that Chad did a shoddy job! Chad should NEVER be allowed to put a roof on anyones home again!"

When I asked the technician to remove their shoes when entering my house, a simple request I've made to every service provider who's entered my home, but he became defensive and refused. As an Asian, their dismissive attitude raised concerns of discrimination. Ultimately, he left without completing the job. This experience left me feeling frustrated and disrespected, such behavior is unacceptable, and I do not recommend this company."
