This is our second inspection that Rich has completed for us. Hands down we cannot thank him enough for helping us buy our first home. He is diligent, knowledgeable and takes his time explaining small details we would't have known otherwise being first time home buyers.

Rich came on time. He was very thorough in his inspection of the property. Did very good job in checking every single corner of the property and provided detailed inspection report with pictures. I would definitely do business with Rich again.

Rich was great! He went over the entire inspection with me and was very thorough, including the termite inspection. Rich was very informative and was nice enough to go over everything with me, answering all my questions during the inspection. Rich performed a home inspection for us back on November 5th 2016. He was punctual, professional and the process was VERY educational. Rich showed us many issues with the home that from a first time home-buyers eye we wouldn't have noticed, ie, incorrect plumbing in bathrooms, cracked stucco- he even got into every part of the house, not matter how difficult ( a tight cutout to get into the attic) He was thorough and answered every one of our questions in detail. We will be using Rich again as we put our trust in him and he by far exceeded all of our expectations. Thank you Rich

Rich was extremely helpful in helping us answer some questions about whether or not we could remove a wall based on loads. He was very thorough, explained his reasoning, and answered all of the questions clearly. He even gave some very helpful information with regards to code and design ideas. On time, excellent value, would highly recommend.

I purchased a home inspection on Angie's List for $355 from WIN Home Inspection of Bethpage. I was curious why I hadn't heard from Rich after the purchase, so I called and left a message. He told me my call was the first he had heard of my purchase. Apparently Angie's List was at fault for not contacting him. Once we spoke on the phone, everything went quickly and smoothly after that. We made an appointment to which Rich was on time with the broker. I arrived 90 minutes later to get the summary. Rich pointed out what he'd found, (but missed a smell of gas in the kitchen). I had the complete report by the evening. Rich was prompt, courteous and professional. I highly recommend him and would use him again.

I would recommend Rich to anyone looking for a home inspector. He was on time for the appointment and was very professional. He answered all my questions and the report was emailed to me a couple of hours later. Great service.

Rich was extremely professional. Was great on email prior to inspection, and was clear in what would happen. On the day of inspection he arrived as planned and walked us through everything he saw, explaining it to us in layman's terms. He provided us a full report that evening. Rich was on time and prepared. He started with a thorough inspection of the exterior pointing out such details as the central air unit being to low to the ground and pointed out the the sloping of the landscaping could cause water trouble before we even entered the house. He walked the roof and pointed out small but important changes that could be made. After we entered the house he continued his very thorough approach noticing that the filter had been missing from the AC unit for some time. He pointed out some minor electrical wiring issues that I could fix easily in the basement. Overall Rich did an outstanding job, and I will not hesitate to refer him to others or use him myself in the future if needed.
