ValueSafe Appraisal Services

I recently used ValueSafe Appraisal for a property appraisal and could not be happier. Prior to calling them, I contacted other reputable firms in the area and only received a run around ......don't know the area, don't know when they can do it, call in a month, etc, etc. Oleg responded immediately and assured me of his knowledge in my type of property, sending me examples of similar work he did. He realized the time frame I was under and came out to visit the property the next week. Oleg was professional and courteous, as was his assistant. He promised me an appraisal in a few days AND to my surprise I received it within a few days. My brother is an attorney and agreed it was an excellent appraisal. My advice to all those looking for an appraisal, don't waste your time looking around like I did. You will not be disappointed by ValueSafe.
