He came to give me an estimate the same day that I called, and scheduled the work to be done in less than seven days from the date of the estimate. The written estimate did not include all of the caulking that he said he would to do, but he did what he said. When he gave me the estimate, I was under the impression that he would have to remove all of the grout, but he only removed the remaining failing grout and roughed up the rest.

They were outstanding and their prices were reasonable.

They were punctual, flexible in scheduling and very neat. Be aware that in old tile this widens the joint slightly. I also had them resilicone the tub surrounds and they did a nice job.

They were quick, even early for my appointment, but the cost was a little high.

It was fine. They gave me what I thought was a reasonable estimate. The work was done satisfactorily. They are one of the good guys. My experience with them was all positive. They came and gave me an estimate within a few days of my call. I made an appointment a couple of weeks later and they came promptly to that appointment. The owner came with his workman and he was very cordial and pleasant and told the guy what to do and the work was done satisfactorily.

Worker showed up on time, was actually about 1/2 earlier. Upon completion of work, cleaned and removed any debris left by grout and silicone removal. Bath tub area tile regrouted and sealed, like new.

Amir the owner was there for the first few hours and left his helper to do the rest. The job was complete in about 4 hours. The did great work, restored the bathroom almost to new again. $475 probably bought me another 5-10 years on this bathroom which was about 20 years old. The only thing I would recommend is to check the bathroom thoroughly before you let them leave. There was some grout smears on some tiles they must have missed and didn't clean up.

They did a very good job and seemed to have saved us several thousand dollars as were considering ripping out one or both bathrooms and starting from scratch. The Grout Medic's estimate was competitive with other bids received and the presentation was done in a very professional and knowledgeable manner. They arrived early at the appointed time and performed the service exactly as indicated cleaning our tiles making them look brand new. The color sealant just added a finishing touch which transformed our entire floor making it appear as if we had new tiles installed. The work performed was professionally done in a reasonable amount of time. It was a pleasure dealing with Grout Medic.

They did a very good job. They did offer a great coupon which I took advantage of to get this work done. They were also very polite as they took off their shoes before they came in.

We are so incredibly pleased with the hard work these guys did for us! It came out AWESOME!!! It was so much work for them to remove so many tiles to repair the bathtub area where hidden behind were giant holes in the wall. They meticulously cleaned the mastic and old grout from them and put them back up after repairing the wall. We had so few spare tiles and they only managed to need one. I can't explain how much hard work this was for them to do and they did it in the hottest part of the summer. A great install on our tile floor and perfect caulking everywhere. They restored our bathrooms and they both look awesome! If we had known this was possible, we would have done it years ago. We could never have afforded to rip out everything and repair it all. Besides, there's no other way to preserve the historic look of a house.

My bathroom has needed to be regrouted since I purchased the home in 1996 but I never had it repaired. I had another company give me an estimate recently and they said they would HAVE to remove all the tiles to fix the bathroom and that it could not be re-grouted and the cost would be at least $1200. I called Grout Medic and they were able to remove the old grout, re-grout and seal the tiles and made the bathroom look brand new in a matter of hours. I was shocked at the difference. My bathroom looks brand new. It was better than I had envinsioned. They completed that job for $600 so I had them do another bathroom that wasn't quite as bad for an additional $300 since I was so pleased with the results. I wish I had done this years ago. Amit and his helper did a fantastic job. They were very friendly, punctual and completed the repairs in the time promised. I would definitely use them again or recommend them without hesitaton.

They are a very hard working team, did the job and when there was a problem they came and fixed it. I will continue to use them in the future.
