Scott showed up promptly as expected, was friendly and professional. He got into the job immediately and did an excellent job. I have recommended him to a co worker.

Scott was a pleasure to work with. He was quick to set up the appointment, promptly answering all inquiries we had and he did a great job in repairing the grout in the bathroom. He was pleasant and very neat in his work. Would definitely consider him again for any future work.

I actually haven't had the chance to check the job that the Online Handyman did because I'm not living in the house. I have a restaurant there but they seemed to be happy with the work so I guess I could just use their say-so and give him a good rating. He certainly handled everything professionally, showed up on time and did the work. I don't think there is an issue giving him a good recommendation. He seemed to be very professional and meticulous. He had made two or three trips back to finish the job and I got good feedback from the renter. I never actually met him face-to-face. I did everything over the phone with him because I wasn't in the house to supervise when he did the work so I'm getting this from the renter but his pricing was reasonable and they were satisfied that he did a good job so I'm basing it on that.

I purchased the Big Deal in November 2012 and unfortunately, we could not schedule anything until January 2013. When it came time for the work in January, he had to cancel due to inclement weather. I completely understand that; however, it made me nervous in that I knew February wouldn't be much better. When he came out most recently, he showed up a little late and seemed to take his time. He cut three pieces of wood and replaced it on my doorway, but he didn't scrape what I thought was wood rot. He proceeded to tell me what wood rot is, but I just wanted him to scrape it and paint it. He says he's going to come back out on Thursday for a few more hours, but with the recent storm, I'm not sure if that will happen. Also, I had to clean up the sawdust and some random pieces of wood. I think he is a good guy and an honest contractor, but I just want him to come back out on Thursday to finish up the job by scraping the wood rot and painting my doors. Then, it will be done. I only left a negative grade because I feel like the process has taken way too long and I just want it finished.

Scott scheduled my appt within a couple weeks and arrived promptly with a 30 minute call-ahead confirmation of appointment. He provided the service I requested and was kind and courteous. I would use his services again.

Never call back for our estimate

Scott (your online handyman) was absolutely wonderful. Was able to schedule a convenient appointment with my first phone call. He called two days before to remind/confirm, and was very punctual. The quality of the work was great (re grout our bathroom). less than 2.5 hours from start to finish, and it looks like new! We would certainly recomend him to friends, and would not hesitate to contact him for any future needs!!!

I needed grouting work done on floors in the kitchen of my house. When I scheduled the appointment, I paid for the service through Angies List on December 5th. On December 18th, the day of the appointment, the technician arrived and looked at the floors that needed grouting. He said he was not capable of performing the services needed because it would require 2 days work

Returned my call quickly, set up an appointment and came on time. Did nwork quickly and correctly.Cleaned up after he completed the work. Did a good job.

The handy man came to my house at the specified time. I needed to provide chalking and grout because he carried only generic white. My color for both was Buff. He did the job in the time allotted and cleaned up properly. I am satisfied with his work.

Scott called me within 24 hours to schedule our appointment. He arrived to our appointment on time and prepared. He removed and replaced the old caulking in two of our bathrooms and our kitchen. The results looked great. I considered hiring him again for handyman services, but I thought his going rate at the time, around $85 an hour, was a bit pricy so I changed my mind.

I called and spoke with a few people, particularly a man named Scott. He’s going to come next week and do the work. When I called them up, I told him that I don’t really need caulking. Instead, I really just need a few tiles replaced. He said that it may not be a 3 hour job, just 1 hour. He’s going to do what I wanted, even though it isn’t exactly what is on the coupon. He is very pleasant to deal with on the phone and carries himself in a professional way.

The perfect results were a clean and ready to go shower stall. Thanks so much !

My husband was very satisfied. The guy was very good. They did the quality job that we were hoping for.

The job went very well. It took 2 visits - the first visit was 4 hours. The 2nd visit was 3 hours, for which I used the Angie's list coupon. He discussed the job with me and showed me the area under the window after he removed the tile and we discussed what would be the best plan of action. He recommended doing what needed to be done to fix the area properly and didn't recommend doing anything unnecessary. He was honest and fair. He came prepared.

He contacted me back immediately to set up the appointment. We talked about the job to be done, but when it came down to my address, it turned out that I was outside his service area. He was very professional, very responsive and communicated very well, however.

Scott Becker contacted me right after I sent him an email. We set up an appointment during that initial conversation. He arrived on time, made his assessment, grabbed the tools he needed and started working. He worked straight through the allotted time and even stayed longer. He was polite, neat, hard working and responsive to my requests.

The work was more than they could handle, but when I spoke to them over the phone, they were nice and courteous.

He was punctual, fixed the doors, cleaned up well, was very pleasant, and did an all around great job. I will definitely use him again.
