From the minute he showed up, it just didn't appear that he was interested in the job. He didn't even look at the second bathroom. He made sure to say that the original job was bad and he'd have to tear out other portions of the bathroom to get the job done and then he quoted me $13,000 (again) without even looking at the second bathroom. After I recovered from the shock of the quote, I thanked him for his time but will not be calling him back.

Our experience with Oz contracting was amazing! The work was outstanding and his crew is a pleasure to work with. Punctual, neat and perfectionists are only a few of the words I can use to describe how impressed we were. Uzi runs a very professional business and we are planning to use Oz General Contracting for all of our future home renovations.

We recently had Oz install a new kitchen for our house. The words used most often by visitors to describe their initial reactions are "Stunning", "Wow" and "Looks like it's out of a home design magazine" From beginning to end, dealing with Oz was a pleasure due to their high level of professionalism, advice and expertise regarding all phases of the construction project. Before we contracted with Oz, we read many positive reviews on Yelp and Angie's List. Our initial impression was that this company couldn't possibly match up to the great reviews they were receiving online, but after they completed the job we can honestly say they are that good. Initially Uzi came out to our house to view the existing kitchen and get some ideas of what we wanted to do. We then met a week later in the office where he provided us with two options he developed; one was a traditional redo of our kitchen, while the second was a truly inspired open concept transformation of our kitchen and house. Initially thinking we wanted the less costly redo, we were so drawn to the option 2 that we decided to go that route and are absolutely thrilled with our choice. Our house has been transformed in a way that we never imagined! The designer Lori met with us on four occasions for two hours at a time to review the various aspects of the project design. She provided us with excellent direction and numerous options. The demolition began as scheduled and the complete construction process went smoothly and seamlessly. The Project Manager Dominick was very accessible and assured that the project moved on schedule. Carlos, the leader of the construction crew, is a soft spoken young man who was polite, a gentleman, an expert craftsman, and helped guide us with excellent choices regarding decisions that had to be made along the way. Carlos and the crew went out of their way each and every day to complete tasks in a timely, efficient and professional manner. To top it off they cleaned up every day so you couldn't tell that a construction crew had been in your house. I would speak to Carlos briefly before leaving for work every morning to discuss any questions and what they would be working on for the day. In summary, we are very pleased with our choice to use Oz Contracting for our kitchen remodel. Not only were they friendly, professional, extremely reliable and expert craftsmen, no detail was left unattended. While the cost of the major renovation we contracted for was not inexpensive, we feel it was a fair price and we got an extremely good value for the money spent. Uzi's initial estimate of the cost was very close to the final cost. If you are considering any aspect of remodeling your home, we happily recommend contacting Oz.

Amazing! It is like I am living in a new home. Absolutely love it. People compliment me all the time. The workers were courteous and kind. They worked consistently and never took time off. The company was so NEAT and CLEAN! OZ was an incredible company to work with and always answered my concerns right away.

This was our 4th home improvement project with OZGC and we've run out of superlatives to describe how satisfying it continues to be to deal with such a professional, businesslike, skilled, and customer friendly company. We are now planning our 5th project with them (master bathroom remodel and renovation) and will never consider using any other contractor but OZGC. They will not finish a job unless you are 100% satisfied and will be there for you if any issues materialize subsequently. They are no hassle and worry free. They are the best!

Very professional and friendly. Did an awesome job of keeping everything clean during the construction, especially in the master bedroom. They even vacuumed the grass where they did their wood cutting. Also cleaned the storm door every night when they were finished.

If you need a company to guide u through the process this is not the company they take your order you pay and they came granite had to be changed poor quality even they agreed and they broke tiles 2 in the bathroom and glued them . The designer was not a designer she was an order taker I still dont have a fan

I will not hire a company that charges $150 for an estimate.

I was looking for a contractor that can help me design a bathroom for my home. I reach out to Oz General Contracting Co. And I must say when I call the office the receptionist there I believe her name was Milca had the most wonder personality and professionalism I ever encounter. She put me through a sales women there name Lori who help me with the design of the bathroom, she help me choose all that was needed for this renovation, the bathtub, wall tiles, floor tile, cabinets and all accessories. And also the installer that came to do the work, I was surprised on how quick, easy and clean they made this project to my home. Thank you OZ you guys are the best… The service was great, They where always on time, Respectful and Courteous

What can we say about OZ General Contracting that we haven't said before. Another great job done by OZGC. From start to finish not a single problem along the way. It was a pleasure having them in our home again. The crown and base mouldings look amazing. Especiallyon the 20 foot plus cathedral ceiling. Kudos to Mike, Junior, and crew.

This was our second major home improvement project with OZ General Contracting (OZGC) and once again they did a truly outstanding job. They just know how to plan and complete a project from start to finish with a high degree of professionalism, skill, and quality. Moreover, their number one priority is customer courtesy and satisfaction and they do not disappoint. We plan to use OZGC again shortly for a major crown moulding project in our home and again down the road for two bathroom renovation projects. Bathroom was completed in just 7 days as promised, including the installation of the new shower door. Workers arrived on time everyday, put down their dropcloths and got to work. At the end of the day they cleaned up, and you would never know they had been there, except for the dust on the furniture. The project manager was on-site atleast twice a day, and accessible by text or a phone call. He even came buy after the day the job was completed to make sure I was completely satisfied. I would just like to recommend that anyone considering Oz, should meet with their sales staff, and then with their design staff before making a decision. Meeting with Lori, gave us a clear picture as to all that had to be done and how much it would cost. She wLmed us through all of the items in the contract, and discussed possible alternatives. She really sealed the deal for Oz.

The remodel went wonderfully. I cannot complain about the service at all. All in all it was a very nice experience.

This is the second time I used Oz General Contracting. They renovated a bathroom for me earlier in the year. That job was so beautifully done and to my exact specification, that I entrusted them with my small galley kitchen. Again, a totally professional job. They made recommendations on small design changes, and their in-house decorator guided me through the decision making process on all the design choices. The workmen were always punctual and polite, and the project manager visited almost every day and was responsive to my occasional phone calls. The workers cleaned up every day before leaving. Oz is not cheap, but where major renovations are concerned, you get what you pay for. Everything was installed perfectly...no callbacks were needed. Even after construction, the designer was willing to offer advice on wall paint colors and window treatments. I picked Oz after visiting a number of contractors and upon the recommendation of a former co-worker, and I was not disappointed.

Based upon the positive reviews that I took the time to read, and my experience with other contractors, I was excited to consider a total kitchen remodel by the Oz team. We had a pleasant visit while they measured and we discussed my vision of a new kitchen. After they left my home to prepare the drawings and estimate, it was not a very positive experience. Uzi and Mike are very much a tag team experience. They are very good at the sales pitch, they have it down to a science. When I presented at their showroom for the presentation of what my new kitchen would look like, I was not overly impressed with the deisgn, given the fact that I pretty much gave them the lay out, not much was presented that I hadn't already envisioned. The price of $40,000.00 was to the penny what my budget was and they knew this. So guess what the estimate was, of course it was $40,000.00. That was definitely my mistake! There was no wiggle room for me. I come to find out that anything I liked in the way of materials was "extra" for this, "extra" for that. So the bare bones $40,000.00 was exactly that, bare bones. I have no doubt that their workmanship is quality, or I never would have called them. However, as businessmen, they were almost arrogant and never expressed a desire to meet my wants. $40,000.00 was for the renovation and basics, no room for negotiation on materials. The entire experience left me feeling like they were too "good" for my budget, which is absurd, since $40,000.00 for a renovation of a cape kitchen is not small change!

One of the best contractors I have ever worked with. All work was done with craftsman, on time. Every night my house was left clean, and all the workers involved were as nice as could be. In today's time its rare to come across such a combination. We were communicated with on a daily basis, all work, inspections and upcoming events to ensure we understood what was to be done, what needed to be done, and the time span. Mike (Project Lead) was always aware of everything going on and would always pick up the phone or call me back within seconds to answer any questions or concerns we would have had. The kitchen and bathroom came out amazing, and as stated prior the quality is excellent. If you want a quality contractor, supplier and craftsmen, who will be there, do the work well, and ensure you are a happy customer I highly recommend OZ.

Very courteous, came on time. I thought for the cost and size of the job it was a good deal. Looked over everything (our place is gross and he was very polite about it) took measurements and gave me quote.

The job started on time and ended a couple of days ahead of schedule. The crew arrived at least 15 minutes early every day. Sergio and the team were professional, respectful and responsive. They left the house in excellent condition at the end of each day. We are thrilled with our new kitchen and laundry room! We are already planning our next project with Oz.

Right from the start, I could see that maybe 5-7 minutes of thought went into the layout and design of my new kitchen. When I went to meet Uzi, the layout he came up with was exactly what I had already. The range, fridge, and sink were in exactly the same place.I think he moved the dishwasher over to the right, microwave over the range. The new island and cabinets behind them were the only addition. So he comes up with a price of 46,000 for this. No new floor, no appliances and ridiculously cheap budgets for sink,faucet, and granite. I have a cape, so it's not a massive kitchen. For that price I expect to be wowed, "Wow Uzi, that's a beautiful kitchen!! That's one of the nicest kitchens I've seen!" No. I was not wowed. In fact when I told him changes I wanted he seemed to take offense. When i mentioned I wanted a hood over the range he said it would cost 5,000 extra, and I had to get the hood myself. OK not a great start. Then I met with Lori and some other lady, who did not say much. They were disorganized and apparently had done no homework prior to my arrival. I don't know about you, but my time is valuable. Doors stacked in no order, color samples all dirty and scratched. Stain samples in a dirty dented cookie tin! People, not the way to treat a customer. I tried to be as polite as i could, but I was steamed. It seemed as if they did not want my business, so guess what, they don't have it. P.S. My 15,000 bathroom wasn't even mentioned. Fine by me. I'd give them a Z-

OZ General Contracting is the best home improvement contractor we have ever used in more than 40 years of home ownership. Uzi, Mike, and their work crew are extremely professional, knowledgeable, skilled, responsible, trustworthy, and attentive. Above all they are extremely easy to talk to and work with and the kitchen project was completed with 100% quality and customer satisfaction in mind. We are planning to use OZ Contracting again for our next home improvement project in the near future and we highly recommend this contractor to anyone who wants their project completed in a highly professional, competent, neat, and timely manner. It is the only bathroom in the house so that part was not going to be easy no matter who did the job. The work started exactly on time Monday morning aND was completed on Friday afternoon in spite of the extra work I requested. There were no issues, it was magically perfect. I am seriously in awe. The w The workers take obvious pride in the work they do and it shows. The work is perfect.

We used Oz Construction for a full Kitchen remodel design put down on paper. Uzi came to the house 2 weeks prior to the final design review to measure, take pictures, and pick our brains for what my wife and I were visualizing for our space. He did a great job and the design exceeded our expectations. I hope to be able to move forward and continue to do business together to complete the whole remodel along with the other remodel projects that we have coming up in the future.

They were very professional, just ?priced way out of my budget.

The workers were led by Junior. I can not say enough about the professionalism of Junior and his crew. They arrived on time every day and prior to leaving at the end of the day, Junior answered any questions my wife and I had. The job was completed on time to our complete satisfaction. My brother recently had some work done by a major construction company and the difference in the quality of work was obvious. Dave was the company supervisor. The day the job was started, he gave me his cell phone number and told me to call him at any time if there were any problems. He also showed up every day to see how things were going and to answer any questions that we may have had. Since Junior answered any question that we had, we never had to call Dave. However, it was nice to know that if there was a problem, we could get a response immediately. Again, my wife and I are completely satisfied and would recommend Oz to any friend or family member looking for a quality contractor. A special thanks to Junior and his crew.
