The work that was performed by John the owner of JLJ Home Remodeling, was impeccable. John and his workers are extremely detailed and meticulous, not to mention neat and clean!!! John was on the jobsite and communicated with us throughout the entire process of the job. The cost of the job was fair and the extra work that my wife and I asked for was completed in a timely manner and the price cost to the extra work was very reasonable. He will be highly recommend to all of our friends and family.

Living in a Co-Op building presents a different set of challenges to a contractor than living in a private home would. Here there are rules and regulations to follow. Contractors can only work from 9am to 5pm, and not work on weekends at all. The City of Long Beach requires certain permits and inspections to work, as does the Management board of the building, and everything has to go through the Super to assure that the building isn't harmed during the construction process. Quite different than if you were doing a job on your own property. The owner of JLJ Home Remodeling and Design company is John Liadakis. His company JLJ is the interior construction branch of the Future Image Design company, which mainly does the exterior work. John is a seasoned and licensed veteran at all levels of construction, remodeling, and building, handed down from generations of family construction businesses. John and his crew had done some replacement closet door work for my wife and I in the past, and the things that struck us about him was his untiring attention to detail, and his willingness to do whatever it took to make us happy, and the job to be perfect. He and his crew were hard working, polite, professional, eager, and willing to work respectfully within the rules of the building. John pays great attention to detail and caught a few of my mistakes before any trouble could have happened (Thanks John). He has been around a long time and knew just where to send my wife and I to look at tile, Granite, fabricating, sinks, faucets, etc, for good prices, selection, and service. Everyone we met during this time had nothing but good things to say about him, his business, and his practices. His crew was always on time, and were there when they said they would be. He gave us a price and a time frame for the job which was fair and good, and he brought it in for that. Most of all, my friends who had worked in construction, and didn't know John or his company, that came in to visit us on the weekends at different stages of of the project, raved about how good the work was being done, and marveled at the attention to detail!!!! Upon completion everyone raves about how good it looks. If you are reading this, and looking for someone to do some work on your home or business, and live in the Long Island area, STOP LOOKING!!, YOU HAVE JUST FOUND WHO YOU NEED!!!!
