It could not have gone better. Mike and his crew were fantastic. Each day we saw massive amounts of progress. The crew was on time polite and cleaned up at the end of every day. The finished product was absolutely amazing and we could not have been happier. Mike was on site every day to ensure the project was progressing answered any and all questions I had. Mike was also willing to communicate with me largely via text since I could not be at the house each day. We plan on working with Mike on future projects at our home.

The work was beautiful but the workers were rude. They stole a hammer from me and I had to kick them out after getting rude with my wife.

Greg was very responsive and accommodating to our needs and made our "Vision" a reality. . Eddie's crew was creative and talented and exceeded our expectations. We highly recommend them and would consider them for future home improvement projects.

Gregg is a great contractor. As first time homeowners, it was important to us that we work with someone that we trust. Someone that we can rely on. And someone that won't take advantage of us. And after three estimates and countless review readings, we came to the conclusion to work with Empire State Remodelers. And it was the best decision we ever made! Not only was Gregg knowledgable and smart, he was honest. He accommodated our schedule and budget. The work was done quickly and accurately. The air conditioner never worked and ran all summer without stopping or cooling. They never would come out to repair it. I called the company 13 times that summer to come repair the system with no response.

They are the best. They are wonderful. The work was so extensive, it went on forever. I would use them again in a heartbeat. I called 3 or 4 people, and he got back to me. They may have been a little high in price, but I don't know. He was fabulous. His name was Mike and he is one of the owners of the company. They were incredible and responsive.

They were a little higher than the person I ended up going with. They were okay but I got a better deal from a different company. They were reasonable. I didn't have a dislike, I just got a better deal. They came out pretty quick. They were out like the next day as I called them and they gave me the estimate.

Empire State Remodelers Inc was reasonable. When I asked them to do the flowers beds out front it was a little too high. After a while he and I didn't see things eye-to-eye so I chose someone else. He kept calling me every month after that. The job itself was done very good. The work was very good work, everyone raved about it. It was just that we had a problem with the pricing.

They used the paper backed insulation. They were very clean and very professional. They came and gave me a quote right on the spot. I have had comparable quotes. I got a quote for $2000 for a much smaller space using blown-in insulation. It would have made some of my attic that I do use unusable. I had another quote for the same space that was over $6000. They told me that it would take three to five days. They were done in one day. They thought that they would have to cut open some wall spaces. Instead one of the guys was tiny enough that he squeezed through the existing opening. They only had to create one opening when they thought that they had to create three. I got to inspect everything they did before they closed up. They included in their quote the carpentry work and the refinishing which the other quote that I got for $6000 did not include. They did a very nice job and they did it very quickly. It made a huge difference already in the productivity of my air conditioner. I am very happy with the work that they did.

After an estimate we had half of our roof removed and replaced. Gregg who gave us our estimate was very knowledgeable and friendly. They did a quick and thorough job and cleaned up after themselves. I had some small issues with their service. They did not give us any advance notice as to what day they were coming. Although the company had my cell phone number all I got was a mystery voice mail message of a fax signal beeping received the morning of the day they came to do the job. I was out of town and would like to have been able to give my husband and tenants a heads up that work was going to be done on the house, especially since our tenants come in and out of the front door (where the work was taking place). A promised repair to some damaged aluminum siding was not done and to-date, we have had no follow-up from the company as to our satisfaction (or dissatisfaction) with the job done. But those are just small complaints. Overall I'm very happy with the job that Empire did.

Gregory was very attentive and diligent. Soon after our initial phone call inquiring about roofing, he was at our home. He answered all our questions and made suggestions on the best type of roof for us. Empire State Remodelers removed our old roof, replaced all facial boards and installed a new Timberline roof on our house. Seamless aluminum gutters and leaders with screens were also placed. Upon removing the old roof, Greg informed us that we could save some money. It turned out that we had existing boards that did not need replacing. Greg’s honesty was appreciated. We asked him to look at our garage and he pointed out a leak that we were not aware of. With the money we saved on the house, we were also able to have the garage roof done. All this in two days and a complete clean up of our property.
