They didn't do it right. I would not recommend them to anybody because hey did not do a good job. They charged too much and didn't use enough materials. When you call, they don't return your calls and you can only leave a message.

Never responded to my inquiry. I overheard the receptionist whisper to somebody (about the carport) and I was blown off ever since

We contacted Rimlet because we knew we wanted to have our basemtnt, kitchen and bathroom renovated. We had concern about basement flooding which Rimlet helped alleviate by recommending a reliable company to perform waterproofing. Once that was completed Rimlet brought in a team to demo our basement where they then installed electrical outlets, redid the ceiling and had the floors recarpeted. They painted all the walls. Next, they moved to the bathroom where they installed flooring, bathtub, wall tile, toilet, and sink. They also painted the walls. Next came the kitchen where they installed cabinets, pantry, sink, dishwasher, refrigerator, convection oven and overhead microwave oven (with exhaust). They installed ceiling fan and light fixtures to our specifications. They installed flooring and painted the walls. Overall, we are thoroughly satisfied with the completed project. The personnel were very helpful and often performed tasks beyond the contracted work. We are still receiving compliments regarding the decor of our house (especially the basement and kitchen). We highly recommend Rimlet and plan to utilize their services in the future.

The concrete work is fantastic. The salesmen was very nice as well. They good follow up practices.

Very responsive at first but once deposit was rec'd all the the games began. Tried to apply inferior products and products not specified as written in the contract. Then took a total of 3 wks from start to finish to complete the job. Workers are illegal immigrants and barely spoke english. Workers were soliciting me for other projects on my home while working on the roof. Owner/supervisor only showed up once after he was called about an improper installation. Price was reasonable but you get what you pay for.... Very prompt to respond and pick up their balance payment once job was complete, go figure. I was happy to be done with them and will not be receommending this company. I had several neighbors and friends ask about their service but failed to help them out since I do not believe in their inferior service for such an expensive job.

I called and made an appointment for an estimate. The next day, I called to confirm, and was informed that a message was already left that they were canceling the appointment because they were too busy. Re-scheduling was not an option that was offered. I would never recommend this company. If they cannot keep an appointment for the estimate, I have little faith they will be reliable on the job.

I was told it would take 3 days, and they were right on the money. The old stoop was torn down and a whole new set were built with wrought iron rails. I was concerned about the driveway because of heavy traffic. They explained about the quality of the cement used. I knew nothing about cement prior to having the work done. I feel so good coming home to a beautiful front.

I was extremely satisfied with the work Rimlet completed in my Kitchen. I receive wonderful remarks from all that see it for the first time. They were always on time and were extremely neat and clean up after themselves. When I had any questions they returned my phone calls promptly and we very helpful. The owner was a pleasure to deal with along with his workers. I would hire Rimlet for any additional home improvements as well as recommend them to orders.

I BELIEVE THIS COMPANY DID A FANTASTIC JOB. MY NEW KITCHEN CABINETS HAVE A LOT OF STORAGE SPACE AND ARE EASY TO ACCESS. THE STAFF WAS FRIENDLY, PROFESSIONAL AND TOOK PRIDE IN WHAT THEY WERE DOING.

THEY DID A GREAT JOB OF TAKING THE SIDING OFF MY HOME AND PUTTING THE NEW SIDING ON. THEY FINISHED THE JOB WHEN THEY SAID THEY WOULD. THEY CLEANED UP THEIR MESS.

RIMLET SERVICEMEN WERE EXCELLENT! THEY WERE PROMPT, PROFESSIONAL AND KIND. ANYTIME I CHECKED ON THEM THEY WERE WORKING DILIGENTLY. I WOULD RE-HIRE THEM AGAIN!

I WAS VERY HAPPY WITH THE QUALITY OF WORK THAT I RECEIVED FROM THIS COMPANY. THE NEW SIDING AROUND MY HOME LOOKS BRAND NEW. THE GUYS WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL, FRIENDLY AND COURTEOUS.
