We were very impressed with Pinpoint Thermography. Steve was a pleasure to work with-very professional and patient. While he was scanning the house, Steve took the time to explain what he was doing and let us view the images on the camera so that we could see for ourselves. The technology is truly amazing. We knew we had some drafty areas in our house, but the highly specialized infrared camera was able to pinpoint exactly where the issues were and help us identify where we could better insulate. We didn?t know what to expect when we made the appointment, but Steve immediately made it seem less intimidating as he explained everything in laymen?s terms. What proved especially useful is that Steve provided real world solutions and direction on how to proceed to fix the issues he identified. We received the report very shortly after our inspection with a detailed explanation, images and scans that were all easy to read and interpret. We are looking forward to implementing some of the solutions he suggested and especially saving money! We would definitely recommend Pinpoint Thermography. It?s a very non-invasive way to discover what may be happening behind the walls of your house. We feel it?s always better to be informed so that you can address a problem head on. Pinpoint Thermography very easily allows you to identify and understand potential issues and how you can fix them.
