+ -1 moreThey are one of the best companies I have ever worked with. They always go above and beyond my expectations. I had had a pair of blinds that were ten years old that had broken. I called them for a replacement part and they sent me two new sets of blinds free of charge. I accidentally told them the wrong size, i called and they gladly exchanged them for me. I will use Hunter Douglas Blind & Vertical again.
Description of Work: I have used them for window treatments.

+ -1 moreI would not be opposed to using Hunter Douglas in the future. They sell good stuff and the sales presentations they do are quite good. However, their prices can be something else entirely. I wound up not using them for this job, but I do have upcoming work that I may use them for because I was still impressed with their little sales pitch and their selections.
Description of Work: I have a very large elaborate and elegant window in my home. I went to Hunter Douglas to look for window treatment ideas. I wanted a shade with blinds to cover that window. They gave me an estimate on what I wanted and I got a quote that included the installation of the whole thing.

+ -1 moreTHEY WERE REALLY GOOD. THEY DID WHAT I ASKED THEM TO DO WITH PROFESSIONALISM. THEY WERE ON TIME LIKE I WAS TOLD. THEY WERE ALSO VERY POLITE AND FRIENDLY.
Description of Work: THEY INSTALLED CUSTOM MADE BLINDS FOR EVERY WINDOW IN OUR HOME.
