+ -1 moreSince I lacked experience in this area, a family member, who is a contractor in another state, intervened and hammered out the details with Joe Colomban via fax and phone. Joe was always available during this stage of initial contact. Once the job got underway, Joe remained easy to contact and responsive to questions and concerns. He was attentive to very aspect of the job, and was helpful right down to the smallest detail. For example, when some of the fixtures that I had selected proved inappropriate, he offered to help replace them. At completion, the job passed inspection by a city inspector.
Description of Work: The job involved doing an electrical upgrade on a 3-family house, including replacing fuse boxes with circuit breakers.

+ -1 moreAs I never received an estimate or follow-up for the work I would say overall it was somewhat disappointing. I have no basis on which to rate the price or quality of Heritage Electric's work.
Description of Work: I contacted Heritage Electric regarding some extensive electrical work I wanted done in a newly purchased home. I spoke to the electrician directly regarding the work to be done and emailed a specific list requesting an estimate. I never received a response regarding the estimate or any other kind of follow-up.

+ -1 moreThis company last came out to fix some power outlets. They were perfect in every way. The best thing about them was their responsiveness, they came out almost immediately. The prices were very reasonable, and the professionalism was top-notch. I'd highly recommend them!
