They put the "rude" in service and then layer the overprice on top! Such a shame that a local business cannot be more friendly, accommodating or simply PLEASANT! If you want flowers, go to Bedford Village Flower Shoppe where they truly understand how to build reoccurring business, relationships and be genuinely kind.

The customer care at the front desk was terrible disrespectful and ruined our experience.

Perennial Gardens was great to work with. Sean Alvarez listened to my ideas, left me samples of gravel, proposed a plan for the patio, porch area, and walkways, as well as the two cellar entrances. The men did very professional work on the entire job. The gravel patio and walkways are underlaid with plastic, edged with tough metal, and filled with a nice native gravel that looks terrific and is kept neatly in place by the edging. The cement cellar entrance stairwells are a work of art -- the workmanship is impressive. When Perennial Gardens was done with the project, the place looked amazing. This is the second project that was done for me in 2012 by Perennial Gardens at my rental cottage. The first project was to fill in and grade the slope of the property from the road, along the side of the cottage, and around the back. This required many truckloads of fill, salvaging an old hydrangea plant, relocation of the driveway, and careful grading of the surface to guide the runoff from the road around to the back of the house into the woods on the property, and finally the planting of grass seed on the new layer of topsoil. The price for this project was $39,400.00. Sean spent considerable time talking with me, going over what needed to be done, drawing up a plan, getting everything right, then having the work done as quickly and cleanly as possible. The weather was not particularly cooperative, but Sean saw the project through in spite of all the rain, and the result was great. The property went from little more than a gully at the lowest spot in that section of the road, to an attractive lawn, driveway, and turnaround area. It is now a beauty instead of an eyesore, thanks to the great work done by Perennial Gardens. I couldn't be more pleased with the result.

The person in charge was Steve Alfano. Over the years they have done a lot of things for us. We have on our property we have pond and there was a tiny little island connected with a bridge. We started using them 25 years ago when we needed repairs on the bridge. The interesting thing was that the father the person who owns the business built the first bridge like 50-60 years ago. They have been working for us a long time. They were terrific. We required excavation and were the profane tank was going to be the distance through rock and stuff where the generator was going to be decided an excavation to the house and with the electrical, plus putting in a concrete slab and grading was $3000.00. They also created us an exquisite semi circle masonry wall that was to mask it and make something pretty or just mechanical or something visible when I drive up to our house that was $6000. Steve Alfano was a terrific professional. He was very fastidious in terms of communicating with me, coming exactly when he said he was going to. He was been exact with what he was going to do and what it was going to cost. Their teams and the people we were going to work with were also extremely capable and reliable. If ever there was a problem he communicates by email. He usually contacts me shortly after I send the email. Whenever there was a problem he was there within 10-15 minutes without a question. He visits the site every day. I not only felt totally comfortable in terms of their capability of the workman as well as these I just knew that the work will be done properly. If there was any questions or problem I was going through, he deals with them specifically and quickly. He was my favorite work person right now. He was the man for masonry and excavation.

They are excellent but expensive.

THEY ARE SUPERIOR. IT WAS A PERSONAL SERVICE. IT WAS ALMOST LIKE THEY WERE A CONSULTANT. THE WORK WAS SUPERIOR BECAUSE THEY SHOWED UP, LISTENED AND ARE EXTREMELY TUNED INTO DETAIL. THEY ARE A LITTLE BIT ON THE HIGH SIDE OF PRICE, BUT THEY GUARANTEE THEIR WORK. THEY ARE A FIRST RATE ORGANIZATION IN EVERY WAY.
