I scheduled them twice. First time they canceled because they could not reconfirm the appointment. I never received an email or phone call attempting to reconfirm. Second time I spoke with the owner and scheduled an appointment and requested an email. Never received it. No one attempted to reconfirm the appointment and no one showed up or called. I have left two messages in their office and not heard back. I will look elsewhere.

I scheduled an appointment to fix an exterior light. The guy that shows up isn't an electrician and not only can't make the repair advised that he would need to send an electrician a week later to give an estimate. And they do NOT give free estimates. Complete and utter waste of my time. He acted as if he didn't know what he was at my house even after two confirmations.
