I would put these guys in the upper range of any carpenter or painter I've worked with. The quality of what they do is high and they have a pretty good eye for detail. I'm very proud today of how Bradsell's work looks. There were still things that were not how I would do it if I were doing it myself, but I appreciate that may be an unfair standard. My main point of criticism is communication. This is on two levels: 1) There are essentially three layers of management, which makes things tough--Bill and Steve, then a project manager, and then the guys who actually do the work. Bill and Steve and the PM committed to certain things but then the actual workers showed up, we sometimes had to re-explain/re-negotiate . When I say negotiating, I don't mean price, I mean process--e.g., the steps they would take to keep our house clean. It forced us to micromanage the guys, which was unfair. 2) Not being given a clear idea of when things would happen or have the timing change on us. There were too many times I had to hunt our PM down to get an update on timing for various aspects of the project. But, in the end they were efficient and finished the job on schedule.

The two man crew did an EXCELLENT job. They were very detail oriented, professional, neat and pleasant to have in my house. The two man crew worked quickly and completed the job in 3 days. I would definitely hire Bradsell Painting again and totally trust them with any room in my house.

Darwin and Milton were professional, courteous and quite efficient. They did an excellent job of prepping the areas and then painting these problem areas. The also left the work area very clean. I would highly recommend them to anyone seeking drywall work and painting.

Excellent work. Installer was very professional, efficient and does extreme quality work. He thoroughly explained everything that he did, and how to use the product. The work took no time, but was of excellent quality. I would highly recommend this firm and plan on using them for other projects.

My experience with Bradsell was top notch. We found an old door front door that needed to be refurbished and installed. When I called they were very responsive, and even came to the house to speak with us the same day. They were very communicative with the details of the project and schedule, and were knowledgeable with what needed to be done. Whenever we work with contractors we want three things: 1. Good quality work. 2. Project is done on time 3. Good service throughout the process. Bradsell delivered on all of these in spades. Needless to say we are very pleased with the result and would recommend anyone to work with them.

The crew had pride in and put great thought and care in their work. The prep work was/is outstanding in its thoroughness and care. The paint job is absolutely beautiful . The painters found details to paint which until now had been neglected. The entire crew was friendly. Everything was neatened up beautifully at the end of each day. This is the best painting/exterior carpentry job we have ever had.

I was most grateful to Bradsell for suggesting the solution to our problem -- a much better approach than what I had in mind. Matching the wallpaper with paint so perfectly requires great skill. The artist they sent was superb and the office handled the scheduling and communication beautifully. This was my first experience with Bradsell but I will definitely use them for our future work.

Bradsell Painting did an excellent job with the painting of my custom kitchen cabinets and molding. Their estimate was very detailed documenting all of the work that was to be performed. The painters were very professional and kept me informed of all details during the whole process. At the end of the job we did a walk through together and any items noted were corrected immediately. The final product looks amazing!

Bradsell & Co. were consummate professionals. Our home needed a complete exterior paint job - although it was painted less than ten years prior by another company - it was time for a refresh. From the beginning we experienced excellent customer care. Bill Bradsell came to assess the scope of work (painting) and provided a thorough, written estimate of the project. Steve Bradsell came to assess the scope of work for carpentry, which was also presented clearly in a written document. The estimates were complete and provided in a timely manner. There would be no surprises for this project - documents were provided- including said estimates, a clear contract with terms and conditions, and a facts and procedures outline. It was evident that the job would be handled in a professional manner - the written estimates were based on all work discussed, and if I wanted or needed any changes - a written, clear Change Order was provided with any additional costs listed, and always executed only after approval by me. Thus the pricing was always in control. All invoices were handled by their accounting department, by Mary, who was friendly and responsive. The billing cycle was clearly laid out, and Mary made payment options by check or credit card easy to process. The professionalism continued in the company's assignment of a Project Manager (Robert) and a head painter (Fabricio). These gentlemen were courteous, responsive and skilled at their jobs. Robert would meet with me any time a concern came up (more likely my wanting to add a small project - the painting of a set of outdoor Adirondack chairs, etc) - he was always a quick phone call or text away. Fabricio is no amateur painter! His and his team's work was top notch - with excellent attention to detail. I asked for a more complicated painting of my windows and mullions, and the job was completed perfectly. The crew's manner combined with skill really made for a pleasant experience. As the work was extensive and time consuming, there were many ladders, paint cans, brushes, etc. Each afternoon Fabricio and his team cleaned all work areas, the ladders were thoughtfully stacked between rocks in the back side of my property - protecting my grass from being killed and making them hidden rather than unsightly on my front lawn! All paint, tools, and drop cloths were gathered to a protected, out of sight place, and covered. This extra step was appreciated and shows the care the team took with the project. At the close of the project, both Robert and Fabricio individually walked around the entire house with me, checking all areas and details for Punch List items. Nothing significant was noted - the crew did an exceptional job. There was a very small fix that needed to be done, and it was attended to immediately. Overall, we had an excellent experience hiring Bradsell for our home! I can't recommend them highly enough.

Excellent, They were quick to respond, extremely professional. Crew showed up when they were scheduled. They work diligently and clean up after every workday. They have done both painting and carpentry at the site and we are extremely satisfied with the quality and workmenship

We were thoroughly satisfied with the quality of work and attention to detail. The team we were assigned was courteous, punctual, and cheerful, a pleasure to have around. They took great care in moving and covering furniture, and protecting hardwood floors. They tidied up and vacuumed at the end of each day. Work was completed on time and we were extremely happy with the results. We won't hesitate to use Bradsell Painting and Carpenty again for future projects.
