Description of Work: Westfair installed a new water treatment system to correct a bad water situation in our home. They were very knowledgeable and the work went well. It was an expensive solution, but I don't really have any basis for price comparison and we knew that we had a real problem with the quality of our water.

I had a great deal of trouble with it flooding my kitchen through a weep hole in the faucet. |Frank(from Westfair) took 5 minutes to assess the situation. He did what 3 other people could not do. He solved my problem! Frank is a plumbing genius! |

+ -1 moreOver the holiday weekend our basement started flooding and we suspected it had to do with our ejector pump. We had worked with Frank at Westfair Water last year for a water softener system issue and had such a pleasant experience that we called him (it was Saturday night before Easter). We immediately got a call back from one of his workers (Chris) who gave us great advice on how to deal with the situation until the following Monday. Frank called us on Monday morning to check on what was going on with our flooding and we agreed to have someone come out on Tuesday to fix the problem. Tim came bright and early on Tuesday morning and assessed we needed a new pump and fixed it immediately. He was not only courteous & professional, he went above and beyond! He cleaned out the massive grease build up that caused the pump to burn out, replaced it with a new pump, and disposed of everything. I really can't say enough about how wonderful and patient he was in explaining the whole process to me and giving me some good advice for the future. The actual price came out below the estimate by almost $100 and he even refused to take a tip (although he SURELY deserved one). It was an absolute pleasure to work with him and Westfair Plumbing. We will definitely be using them in the future should any other plumbing issues come up.
