Tom was on time, friendly & professional. He knew what he had to do, had the tools & materials to do it & got the job done in a clean fashion. We've had no problems since & we'd call him again. His price was within the norm for our area.
Description of Work: This was a pretty straight ahead job replacing the main line under our kitchen sink. Other lines were involved so he replaced all the worn connections in the process.

A much less than satisfying experience.
Description of Work: We are a long time customer of this firm. Recently, we encountered a problem with our pumps and a flooded basement. We called Tom Krouch in an attempt to have the problem resolved. One week later we never received any response. We have been told by others that the firm has become unreliable as demonstrated here.
