Peter showed up promptly at designated time and. He was extremely nice and worked very efficiently. The upholstery looks great, as good as when chairs were new. Definitely would hire them again.

Extremely fair pricing and wonderful personalities to work with. Our windows have never looked cleaner. This will definitely become an annual cleaning for us. An issue came up where one of my skylights couldn't close after cleaning, but Peter showed up the very next morning to look into it, and solved the minor closure issue. Very pleased.

Peter from MSI was here on the date agreed upon, on time with his crew. The did an excellent job cleaning our windows which includes one whole side of the house three stories. He pointed out a problem with a window still and took out all our damaged screens so we could have them repaired. I had other quotes and his was right in line with them. I would recommend them and will use them again.

I got red lipstick on a brand new wall-to-wall beige carpet. I knew better than to try to remove it myself and called MSI. Peter and Moses came the next day and were able to remove the red stain. I called them later in the day because some of the cleaning solvent left a mark. (They told me it might take more than one visit.) They returned the following day and removed the last trace. The carpet looks perfect and I couldn't be more relieved and happy. They were prompt, polite and the cost was very reasonable. I highly recommend MSI.

MSI contacted me by phone to reschedule service due to snow storm. Arrived on time. Prompt, courteous and meticulous service. We reviewed the work and they recleaned a couple of spots on my sectional that showed extra dinginess without me asking (he saw it before me and pointed out that it could be dinginess and could be age) Sectional looks brighter and cleaner and bought us some time on purchasing new furniture :) Im very happy with the service from this company.

Well, I can't really say anything but wonderful things about Peter and his company. They arrive on time, work hard and don't overcharge based on your zip code. The owner, Peter, is on the job working alongside his employees. They washed the windows inside and out and when I asked for a quote on the carpet cleaning, he said they really didn't need it. I was so pleasantly surprised by their integrity and hard work, I have already recommended them to many people in Chappaqua. You really cannot go wrong with this company!

Responsive, courteous, efficient and the glass on my windows sparkles. For next time, I will provide more specifics on some details that they missed such as washing the storm frames and wiping out the inside of window sills. I would recommend them.
