Description of Work: Mike was great, he repaired our leaking gas dryer line and then also fixed a leaking toilet and replaced a shower head. He gave us his cell phone number so we could coordinate a time for him to come and it worked out great. The bill was as expected (hourly rate), plus parts. The parts are slightly expensive, but he didn't mind that we had some of our own either. Another plumber, Ray, was also there and was very helpful. They were quick and did a great job.

 + -1 moreI ASKED THEM TO PULL IT OUT AND BRING IT OUT TO THE FRONT LAWN, AND THEY DIDN'T WANT TO DO THAT. EVEN ON THE PHONE THEY SAID THEY WOULDN'T. I KNOW WHAT IT WAS. THEY SAID IT WAS SOMETHING ELSE. THEY DID SOMETHING WITH IT, AND IT WORKED FOR 4 HOURS. THEY JUST WANT TO SELL A NEW TOILET, AND I DIDN'T WANT A NEW ONE. I HAVE ONE OF THE OLD NON-SAVER ONES.
Description of Work: THEY WERE UNCLOGGING THE TOILET.

 + -1 moreTHEY ARE ALWAYS PROFESSIONAL AND PROMPT. WE FEEL LIKE WE CAN ALWAYS RELY ON THEM. WE HAVE BEEN USING THEM FOR 13 YEARS. WHEN IT COMES TO SERVICE IN REGARD TO PROFESSIONALISM AND RESPONSIVENESS THERE IS NO COMPARISON.
Description of Work: THEY REPLACED A TOILET IN BATHROOM.
