Hawthorne Bros. did a great job. They are prompt, professional and do a wonderful job cleaning up. They are very knowledgeable and offer very good advice.

They did an excellent job. They are perfectly okay. They are a perfectly good company. They're also big and they have their reputation to uphold. I think people like the electric companies sub-contract with them to do some work. When you have those disasters from the storms you see those trucks out there. You see Hawthorne trucks helping to clear all the wood that fell on the phone lines and stuff. So they're an excellent company too.

I was very honest with them up front that the infestation was at the top ofmy 85ft tree. They understood that and offered me a very competitive price. It was clear on the initial visit tat they did not have the proper equipment to reach the top of the tree. They came back with supposedly more powerful equipment to reach the top of the tree and once again had failed to do so based on observation. I paid anyways, hoping they did a better job than I presumed. After a few weeks it was clear they did not ever reach the top of the tree. The tree is now currently defoliated at the to indicating that they failed to reach that far. I called them back, I did not want this to go unreported. They told me that it was in conclusion or the opinion of the arborist and that the arborist would be contacting me back, he has not yet contacted me. This is a company that does not stand by their work, that is important in a good company.
