Mitch and his crew were amazing. The were punctual, neat and did a fabulous job of preparing our home for sale. They moved furniture and cleaned everything after they finished sanding and painting. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs their house painted.

Our intro and subsequent communications with the Certapro management team was refreshing. The two young men we met with were intent on making this project a very positive experience for us. Derek and John made it clear that their brand of customer service would leave us completely satisfied and happy when the project was finalized. Mother Nature posed a few challenges from day one but once the sun came out a crew arrived to prep all surfaces for the new stain and paint, the project hummed along nicely. Everything was power washed and some surfaces were scraped clean. Care was taken by the crew to cover surfaces that were not being touched. One note: if you are staining your house, please be sure to specify up front whether you want the house sprayed or rolled and back brushed. Have it stated in your contract so there is no confusion. Although we did have some minor concerns just prior to completion, both Derek and John reacted quickly and positively to resolve any issues. We would gladly refer other people to this company and would recommend them as a first choice.

Excellent service. The entire home needed painted and had not been painted in a while and they were able to get it all done, and I believe they washed it before hand as well.

Mauro, Servando, and Riccardo can paint in my house any time. Given their top-notch skills they did a very good job protecting surfaces, wall prep, and painting. I liked the way, for the most part, there was a supportive communication process and that Mitch, a co-owner, was accessible and caring. Tom worked hard to make sure my contract had all the details and Susan in the office was always there to help. If I decided to paint the other rooms in my house, I wouldn't hesitate to call CertaPro Westchester- it's a very good value.

From the very first interaction and conversation with Peter, I knew I had chosen the right partner for painting my first home in NYC. Peter came out to the apartment to walk through with me to work up a 'spot on estimate' He was also very helpful with discussion about finishes in high volume rooms. He said he would put together a dedicated team for my project, that would be there for me from the beginning to the end, and did just that. My team of Luis, Anthony and José, was punctual, clean, professional, and expert craftsmen all. They love what they do, and it shows in their their work. There was such pride in meeting the challenges a 75 year old building can present. I think we sometimes forget that painting is more than just throwing paint on wall. The guys were meticulous in getting every cut, every line, every finish as clean and perfect as possible. And when I finally walked through towards the end of the job to review, they were eager and willing to fix or touch up any area that I felt wasn't perfect. (There weren't that many, they had done such a fine job) At the end of the project the returned everything to the place as it been when they walked in the door, just 4 days earlier. Instead now, I had the most beautifully painted home in its place. I know there aren't ++++ in the ratings, but were there, CertaPro, Peter and this team, have more than earned them. Thank you guys!

We have used Certapro Painters several times and each time they have been fantastic to work with. We had some cheaper options (and some more expensive ones), and keep going back to Certapro of Westchester because they get everything done on time for the exact price they quote and the house looks great.

Great job. The whole process was very professional and completed on time. The crew was also extremely professional. I am now using them to do interior work in two upgraded bathrooms, and large master bedroom.

Sent over a color consultant so we could get the exact shade of gray. She was able to match a color for the front door that I saw in a magazine! We love the colors. We have gotten many compliments. The job is perfect. Peter gave us a precise estimate. Jorge and his crew are amazing. They are friendly and very professional. We will call Certa Pro in the future and highly recommend them. It went very well. From the time of the estimate to the completion of the job the staff was professional and timely. They checked in with me everyday to ensure that I was pleased as the job moved along. My foundation looks great.

CertaPro provided a prompt response after I purchased the deal and set up an appointment for their field manger to evaluate the job we wanted done. He assured us that the work could be done by "a painter for a day" and we set an appointment to have the work completed. The painter arrived on the day, on time and we carefully went over the details of what we wanted painted. From there is was a very systematic and professional approach to the job: the painter took great care to cover/protect areas that were not to be painted as well as our adjacent gardens. The job was completed on time with a bit of extra work having been done to ensure that no old lines existed where old paint and new paint might meet. The resulting work looks great. I would certainly use CertaPro again.

Everything that they claimed they would do wasn't done. The crew they sent weren't professional painters and rushed the job. They were supposed to put 2 layers of paint on the house and only did one. The people from certa pro after everything is arranged you don't see or hear from them again. After contacting certa pro they came back the following week and fix the areas they had missed the first time.

The team did a phenomenal job and I can't praise Mitch, Manuel and his team enough. I had 6 days to get the house painted before moving in. I left them a message on a Saturday and Mitch called back in about a couple of hours and said that while the time was short he will see what he can do. He came out on Tuesday to give me an estimate. He was on time and gave me a reasonable estimate. I had called several other companies and some of them did not get back at all or they said that the time wasn't sufficient. Manuel came in on Wednesday evening and started on the work. When I came back on Thursday afternoon the work was almost done and it looked phenomenal. They gave us some suggestions which turned out to be perfect. I still have some rooms left to paint and I am not using anyone else but Mitch and Manuel's team. They were on time, on budget, highly professional and simply the nicest people to work with. I recommend them highly.

Professional from start to finish. First a sales liaison came by to estimate the job and get all the details of what we wanted. The work was scheduled and started without a hitch. Personally I hate having workers around my house - it always feels intrusive to me - but I had no problem with the Certa Pros. They were super polite and friendly from the get-go. Great communication. Aside from the guys doing the bulk of the work, a supervisor was there every day as a liaison. He always let me know when they'd be coming or if they couldn't come due to weather. Consulted me whenever guidance was needed. Helpful about letting me see several samples of color for deck rails. Gave us options without ever pushing services. Also the work was done in a timely fashion, tools were cleaned up etc. As far as the actual paint and staining, it's been done thoroughly and neatly, we're happy with the color and quality of the work. I would absolutely recommend Certa Pro. It's not a just a "name" company. They do a professional job but beyond that have a warm, polite and hard-working style that makes having the work done a pleasant experience.

Went very well. The painters arrived on time. They were professional yet friendly. All the dips and dings were repaired. They speckled a huge stretch of ceiling with outstanding results. The men were hardworking. I highly recommend Certa Pro.

They did a good job however, he said I needed more paint than I needed. He also took two days and he stated it would only take 1.

Smoothly from start to finish. Estimate was thorough, written up, answered all questions with clarity, financing process explained, phone calls and emails returned promptly and courteous. Then when job was being done, all painters were polite, kept area tidy, didn't bring mud into house and we're easy with my little kids poking around. Pricing was comparable to other two estimates but certa pro provided professional service on top of a reasonable price.

I scheduled a meeting for estimate but they didn't show up. I called Rodrigo and asked him about it. He said he will look into it but never called back.

Great job overall. The initial rep that came to my house to develop the house was extremely professional and flexible. He talked me through different options to help me select the right work for my home. After I signed up for the work, they had one of their color consultants come to my home to help me select the right paint colors for my walls. This was particularly helpful because it was the area that my wife and I were most nervous - we needed to paint, had an idea of what we wanted but weren't color experts to the point where we were comfortable it would all come together. | |The actual paint work was top notch. CertaPro was able to start the work earlier than planned to accommodate a schedule change of mine. The painters that came were very professional and detailed. Each day they set up to paint, which included moving furniture, removing wall hangings and covering the floors / furniture. Then they did very detailed paint work. Once they were done for the day, they did a very nice clean up - took down any equipment they used, threw out trash and vacuumed. | |End to end this was a great experience. Painted the first floor of our new home. Very professional with 8 man crew, finished the job well within the time frame agreed on; excellent clean up.

The work was good but was a little pricey.

It was very good after I had to call the owner and motivate them a little bit. I would recommend that you talk to the owner, Mitch and you’ll get an excellent job.

They contacted me to schedule right away and worked with my busy schedule to find a day and time that worked. The work was professionally done and we love the results. The green moss that was collecting on our siding is gone and the garage has a fresh coat of paint.
