Very good, only glitch was that they did not want to remove some storm windows at first, but it was necessary and they then removed all of them which enables the entire inner sash to be resurfaced. Paint appears to be very good quality. They work fast and for us this was a plus as we like to get projects completed quickly.

Overall it was a just-short-of-great experience. The painters were friendly, neat, and punctual. The work they did to prepare the walls was amazing. The paint job itself was spectacular. The design consultant helped my wife and me pick great colors. I can't say enough about the painting job they did. My only complaint with the whole project was that I had a hard time getting a hold of people at Certa to speak with when I had questions. Once I sent in the signed contract with my deposit, I feel as if I was forgotten about. Calls were not returned, I was not put in contact with subcontractors, etc. This was very frustrating and is something to keep in mind in the future.

My experience with them was very good. They were very, very professional and the gentleman that did the estimate was very good. I had to call him about the estimate because it took a little longer as he seemed to be busy at the time.

They were prompt and courteous. They had a competitive price. I was happy. I did not get work done.

They came to house and gave us an estimate but we did not choose them because we found someone cheaper. Price was the deciding factor. At the time, seemed like a reputable company, but just didn't fit into our budget. I would recommend anyone to call them.

I paid them over a period of 2 weeks, so I would say I paid them about $ 10,000. The work also involved some construction and carpentry work. The work they did was excellent and what I liked was that the person that came and did the estimate. He was very accessible, intelligent and much better educated than the average person involved in a painting job. They did not leave the job unlike some of the painters. I appreciated this person being a woman stayed on top of the job and when there were issues I was able to sort them out quickly. There were some emails back and forth, some questions about who said what and the contract was adjusted. All this was done carefully and I did not get the feeling that I was being pushed around. The work was great and I had to be on top of it, but maybe I was just being more responsible. I have an old house and have had it painted many times, but the paint comes off and I have to do it again. I upgraded to a very high quality of paint that went on with one coat. They were not going to use that originally and I had to upgrade to that paint. It was a situation where I felt I had in put and people listened to me. I thought that they did an excellent job, especially considering that we were really pushing it because of the time of the year and the weather. They made an adjustment in the estimate for the weather and I thought they were fair and professional. The people that were here, especially the manger, showed up every day. If there was something that I needed to talk about, specifically about the work, he was great and was a very nice man. I felt that they were very responsible people.

Prompt response. Excellent consultation regarding colors etc. Professional job. On time and very helpful. Price was right.

I've had several customers use their service and they have always raved about Certa Pro. They are professional, on-time, on-budget and they do great work. All of my customers have been happy including this one.

They established the work schedule start and finish time with me prior to the first days work and they honored that schedule during the entire job. They were here promptly at 8:30 AM each day and finished about 5:30 PM. They asked permission prior to working on Saturday. They applied a primer coat and two finish coats to both the house and the trim. During the painting, they loosened the mounts around the conduit for our deck lights, painted under the conduit, and then refastened the conduit. They were very careful to mask around and cover the lights and other fixtures so no stray paint got on them. The site was cleaned each day as they finished work and the crew foreman gave me a daily progress report. There was a 3 person crew on site each day and they worked a total of 6 days. They were always responsive to any questions or concerns I expressed. The crew was always careful of the plantings around the house and covered the deck and front porch, which were not being painted, with heavy drop cloths. I called to schedule the work 6 months after the original estimate was made. I had been lax about getting my other estimates. They still honored the original price. So far, we are very happy with our experience with this company.

Certa has been one of the best contractors I have used. They met all of my expectations and I was very particular about what I wanted. Sometimes the foreman would step away for an hour or so and I would not be able to communicate to the men left on the job, at least not easily. It was very easy to communicate with the foreman though. When I made a request or correction known, they accommodated me with no problem. I would highly recommend them though; they did a great job.

Everything was very professionally done with great care to please and not inconvenience the customer. We were impressed from the first contact with Larry Nadien who came and did the estimate and the project coordinator Shawn, and finally the job foreman Alix and the two other workers. Everyone arrived on time and work was completed efficiently and in a timely manner. Each day they left the house clean and neat. I have zero complaints and intend to have them back this spring to do exterior work.

I am hiring them back, and i would recommend them. I thought they were great and did a great job. I liked the people who did the work. I was very satisfied.

THEY ARE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND THOROUGH. THEY KEPT THEIR APPOINTMENTS AND WERE TIMELY IN THE COMPLETION OF THEIR WORK. THEY WERE CLEAN IN THEIR WORK. THE PAINTING MATCHED PERFECTLY TO THE PREVIOUSLY PAINTED AREA. WE ARE PLANNING ON USING THEM FOR OTHER WORK IN OUR HOME.
