Description of Work: Let's start from the beginning. Anthony, a very smart, professional young man, came to our home and took a fair amount of timetalking with us, measuring, checking on what was needed to be done. We agreed with his recommendation to perform a Level 3 Standard Preparation. This included caulking all cracks, scraping , sanding. When we started the project, Angelo and his crewwere meticulous in preparing each space making it ready for the painting. We agreed with Anthony's recommendation to apply twocoats of paint to all walls, base-boards, doors, bannisters, window frames, stair risers, door frames, , etc. And, one coat of paint to all ceilings. The project included a living room cathedral ceiling. Prior to painting, Angelo and his crew, took down, and later reinstalled, all switch plates and glass light shades. They rolled-up our expensive Oriental rugs and placed them aside covered with plastic sheets and drop cloths. They took down cornices, drapes, curtains, valences, paintings, mirrors, whatever. They moved tables, sofas, chairs, beds, etc. Everything was moved back to its original space and position upon completion of the job. We didn't have to lift a finger and that was very important to us. The paint job itself was dynamite. The walls were one color and the ceilings another color. The ninety degree angle were the walls and ceilings meet was as sharp as a razor. Being a person who is hard to please, I noted that the crew was indeed applying two coats of paint to every thing except the ceilings. Before beginning to paint, Angelo took me aside and showed methe cans of paint so I could see that they were all top-of-the-line products. The painting went seamlessly and looked beautiful.A word about Angelo's crew - they worked tirelessly, began sharply on-time in the a.m. and did not watch the clock. They staid at the job sometimes until six or seven p.m. to finish a room. They a professional painters. I should also mention that the job was not only supervised by Angelo, as head of the crew, but by Project Manager Scott who came to the house each day to see to it that everyone was doing their job correctly and whether or not we were satisfied with it. We were surprisingly pleased with the numerous layers of supervision for this job - including Emails from Office Manager Judy and pnone calls from Peter, the Boss. This is more than a casual recommendation, it is a serious statement concerning a painting business that goes the extra ten yards to please its customers. The very reasonable price knocked my socks off. I would not hesitate, a second. to recommend them to my family and friends - even to strangers!
