Great! Technician fixed issue and even more that I did not realize wasn’t working properly!

Purchased a Viking cooktop and had problems with the ignition system from the day it was installed. I contacted Appliance Genie at the very moment that we began having the problem and they were very punctual in sending out a service technician. Parts were replaced and the problem was still not fixed, Appliance Genie never gave me a report or plan of action for what was going to be done. I even had to call the manufacturer directly to get another visit from AG. During the second visit gas pressures were adjusted at each burner and that didn't fix the problem either. The tech even had to return that same day because all of the gas valves began leaking after being adjusted. Overall, we are extremely unimpressed by the lack of communication from AG. I see a lot of positive reviews but find it hard to believe after what I am going through for the last 11 weeks. I have also noticed very passive aggressive responses from AG when these reviews are negative, that in itself should show their level of professionalism. Available for discussion when you are AG, otherwise show up, reply, respond... fix the problems and stop making excuses. Just be courteous and respectful!

They took an extremely expensive stove and made it function.

Came multiple times to install parts in my commercial range. He was here half a dozen times. I would recommend them. He was persistent and skilled in helping me get it working again.

Easy fix, told me what to do proactively to prevent this issue again. $90 service call.

It's always a pleasure to have Clay to rely on to make repairs on my household appliances. He is very nice , very honest and he knows what he is doing . I have used used Appliance Genie many times and Clay is very reliable . I would recommend him for sure.
