Steven was the consummate professional- timely with email updates and responses, on time for the work to be performed, friendly and helpful.

I was fall cleaning and was surprised to find black mold on my trex deck under my outdoor rug. I immediately posted a request for a company to remove the black mold on Angie's list. Within 15 minutes of my posting Willard from Supersonic Cleaning Service called. I asked if he could drop by to give me a quote. Will was so accommodating and dropped by that evening to take a look at what needed to be done. Will was professional, friendly, and knowledgeable of what it took to remove mold. He knew I was upset and calmed me down by assuring me he would take care of the everything. Within 30 minutes of his visit Will texted me a reasonable quote for the job. The next morning Will showed up at 8:00 am, removed all my patio furniture from my decks. By 9:30 my two decks, a section of my house and my patio bricks were washed . All the mold was removed. The initial quote was to clean my two decks but I kept adding more work for Will and he never complained. I would highly recommend this company and Will. I plan on hiring Supersonic in the Spring to power wash my entire house! Thank you so much Will! Tish Lange

S & S office staff was the only ones who were persistent enough to get through to me to provide me a quote. Iâ m not an easy person to get through but they did and that was the first sign I was on the right track to finding my contractor. They diligent followed up after they hadnâ t heard back from me for a few day. They had quick scheduling options. All good and professionally done. On the day of my scheduled appointment.. Steve called and texted to notify me he had a job that overran and was going to effect his arrival for my scheduled appointment. He gave fair options for what worked best for my family schedule. From the moment Steve arrived we discussed his process and the power washing plan that was going to best. As Steve began to set up I realized I had a problem with two windows on the second floor in one of my daughters bedroom. Unexplainable we could not open the bedroom room door from the indoor hallway. Steve pulled out his gorilla ladder climbed up and the window, then rolled over the bed because the room was so overstuffed with contents and removed the door and handles to be able to use a screw driver to release the latch of TH door. I knew at that moment I made the right choice in hiring S & S cleaning. It goes without saying the service actually done for why he was hired was professional, effective and efficient. I was additionally very happy to see my neighbor come over and asked for a card I really hope they chose S & S for their power washing and cleaning needs. It is so refreshing for a service to go above and beyond to make the experience pleasant and deliver excellence to their clients. I will say to anyone if you are in need of these services and you you consider using S&S you can stop your search you found the guy and the right Company!

Easy to work with

This is a repeat hire due to the fact that S&S is a very excellent company. Friendly courteous thorough service

This company was professional and efficient from booking to cleanup. They kept in touch leading up to the job with reminders and tips for making sure all went smoothly from our end. They arrived on time, worked quickly but thoroughly, and we barely knew they were on our property, even when inside the house. Not a minute was wasted--the guy worked super hard! And the result was fantastic--sparkling clean windows and screens. He cleaned out our gutters, too. We will definitely hire him again. Highly recommended.

Steve is very amiable, professional and thorough. He sprayed our roof with chemicals that will in time eradicate the moss that had grown there. He will return in six months to insure that the problem had been resolved. He also stated that if the problem is not resolved completely to our satisfaction , he will treat the problem again at no cost. He will return for a second checkup to make sure the moss does not return. I would certainly recommend him.

Needed windows cleaned inside and out and found out that S&S did house power washing. I put myself on the cancellation list for an earlier appointment and the next day they called me with a cancellation and all of this work was done within 3 days. On time, personable, hard working. House looks phenomenal.
