I hired Tim McKinney to do a comprehensive Inspection of the septic system on the property I was looking to purchase. Tim gave us an honest evaluation of the defects he found and provided us with a written inspection report along with repair recommendations which we submitted to the sellers attorney. If it wasn't for Tim McKinney I would've purchased a house with a failed septic system because a simple water dye test would not have uncovered the major issues. Also I believe Tim's prices are the most reasonable in Dutchess County New York.
