Kevin Geertgens is a New York State Licensed Home Inspector (License #16000068726) and RYCO's lead Home Inspector. He holds a degree in Civil Technology and has been in the building trades since 1988 as a Carpenter and General Contractor. Kevin is also Licensed by the New York State Department Of Labor as a Mold Assessor (License #00594). A mold assessment is a necessary test for anyone considering buying a home which has been effected by water intrusion and may have a mold condition. This mold assessment pays for itself in peace of mind if your considering buying a home in any of our water front communities, like Bayville, Oyster Bay, Glen Cove and New Rochelle just to name a few. Kevin's education and decades of practical experience remodeling homes allow him to offer his clients a realistic review of a homes strengths and weakness.
