We are extremely satisfied with the work performed by Farley and Co. and would recommend them without hesistation. The work was done well and on time. We kept changing things and adding work and Patrick and his crew were able to accommodate us. He was responsive and always available by phone and email. Prices were fair.

They are very professional and always prompt. They're very polite and they cleaned up after themselves. They had a good price. Their quality of work was good.

Pat is extremely punctual and very professional. I will be using him again in a few weeks. I would highly recommend him.

Pat came in about a week before the service to give us an estimate. He was quick and reasonable. He answered all our questions, even after he left. When it was time to install the stairs he was on time and didn't waste anytime getting his partners set up and moving. They installed the stairs quickly and professionally. We are very happy with the end product.

There were a couple of fellows who did it. They were very good, very neat. They came in and it took them two to three days for the plaster to dry up or maybe it was even a little more than that but it was fine. They did a very good job. Everything was just done perfectly. Their price was fair.

Pat came to the house to give an estimate prior to the original stairs being ripped out and replaced. He was prompt on the estimate date and turned around an estimate to us in 48 hours. Once we accepted his estimate, it was seamless to schedule a work date with him. Pat called to confirm a few days in advance of the work date and schedule out a gameplan to start/complete the work. We have a 2-year old who goes to bed early and needs to get up the stairs. Being that he was poly'ing the stairs, Pat set up a plan to ensure that everything would be coordinated so that the work wouldn't interrupt her schedule. Pat and his guys prefer to start early, but left it up to us to give a start time. He and his guys were early/prompt at the agreed start time. Before starting, Pat walked through what we agreed to do to ensure we were on the same page before the work started. Pat and his guys were clean, polite, professional, and accomodating. If we had any questions or concerns - they were addressed. No questions asked. Everyone was professional throughout the entire process. In fact, after the work was done -- Pat told me to take a good look and let him know if anything needed adjusting. I was thrilled with the work and had two minor adjustments. Pat sent one of his guys over that morning and it was taken care of. I'll be referring and using Pat again. Just an overall fantastic experience.

Pat Farley was responsive and professional. Estimate was a little higher than others, but we selected him in part because of the comments on Angies List and also because he was clear that he would be finished by the date we needed (which he was). He also had to coordinate with the company redoing the floors. Pat arrived every day before 7 am. He had a full crew and was with them doing the work. They were neat and cleaned up all when the job was done. He kept me updated, worked with us to accommodate all the paint colors for different rooms, and also gave advice when he thought the colors might not work (which was helpful). The only challenge was paying in cash, otherwise, an overall great experience. The painting was beautifully done.

My mom is 87 and it's her house that I'm using him in. Farley Painting and Carpentry explained everything to me and my mom. She had another question after he left and I called and he returned the call very, very, promptly. He was very congenial and really took his time going through everything. My mom wrote everything down and everything was really upfront.

He always does great work and has very reasonable prices. If there is something too technical or specialized for him, he knows someone else who can do it instead. He has several people working with him and they are all splendid. Everyone is extremely courteous and they all respect and admire Pat as he mentors them. I can't speak highly enough of him or his employees.

Workers were punctual, courteous and very neat. Nothing of mine was damaged or spattered. Pat and his helpers worked with my schedule and left the kitchen looking like new. I am extremely satisfied with their professionalism and personal attitudes. I just don't see any "don'ts" with this job . Every bit of the job was explained to me and Pat consulted and advised me on the finish paint coat. B. Moore paint of good quality was used. Happy to recommend him!

I was very impressed with them. He arrived punctually with the estimate and as able to do the work within a week. He completed the work two hours ahead of schedule. He did an immaculate job with he clean up. His price was excellent as well as his personality. I am going to have him do more work for me in the future. Anyone needing carpentry or painting work will be pleased with Farley.

Estimates were prompt and reasonable. Workers showed up on time every day, Pat would call ahead if there was any delay. He kept right on top of everything and made sure the job kept moving along. He also went out of his way to accommodate changes we needed with minimal delay. This company is honest, capable and the quality of work is very good. His workers are very pleasant and efficient. We will certainly use this company again.

The work was done very well. They arrived and worked when they said they would, and did the work that they said they would do.

I called Pat Farley and left a message. He called back promptly and was able to come over to look at the job. That evening there was a reasonable estimate in my email inbox. Work was started the next week. Pat said, "No hour is too early", so I said 7AM. Day 1 at 6:58, Pat, Igor and Neville were at the door. We reviewed everything and I chose stain color and finish type. I went to work, leaving the workers. When I returned, I found everything; floor, walls, couch, flatscreen was carefully wrapped or covered. On Day 2 and Day 3, the men showed up exactly at 7AM. Before they left, they cleaned up and placed my small appliances within the cabinets. I loved everything! Now I have a functional basement! All of their work is very precise and clean. Beautiful! I can't thank Pat, Igor and Neville enough!

Overall, it was a good experience and I will use this contractor again.

Arrived on time, explained operation, protected surfaces, workers were friendly and efficient, operation took less time than forecast.

I can’t say enough nice things about Pat and his employees (Igor and Kevin). First, Pat is honest, trustworthy, priced fairly, never too busy to speak with me (even when I called at 8pm on several occasions) and communicated with me throughout the whole project (which was massive). The work that Pat, Igor and Kevin did was done meticulously as though they were working on their own home. Igor and Kevin are smart, respectful and knowledgeable craftsmen. Whenever we ran into a problem during my project, a creative, cost-effective solution was proposed and executed skillfully. I never worried about leaving them in my home unsupervised and I never needed to. These guys are awesome and I cannot recommend them strongly enough! I hired them to level my kitchen sub floor, hang new doors in my home, install new tiles in my kitchen and bathrooms, and install my kitchen cabinets and bathroom vanities as well as new railing on my stairs. Of course, I came up with a few other little things here and there and Pat was always more than willing to help me out and get it done.

I'm having our kitchen redone, so that is why we haven't used him yet. I still plan on calling him once the other work is done. I highly recommend him; he's very fair with his pricing.

Great service for a great price - trustworthy, honest, reliable, punctual - you can't go wrong. We were very happy with the work performed. Patrick is the first person we call for any handyman or carpentry/painting repair - we even found a great plumber through him.
