Don't use those other junk removal companies. Clutter Free is the way to go! From the initial call to completion, they were responsive, positive, polite and considerate. This basement was in terrible condition, with junk scattered over the complete 50 foot length of the floor. The initial estimate was given with the attitude "we can clean this up". Once I contacted them to set a date, the follow up was immediate. Once the workers arrived, they waisted no time in tackling the problem. I had expected them to have to track through my family room to remove the refuse, but they found a way to remove all but a few large items through the old coal shoot. The workers took one break for about 20 minutes during the entire day. They closed doors to minimize the dust seeping upstairs. When they finished, after about eight hours of non- stop removal and clean- up, I had a clean,clutter free basement. This clean-out went beyond my hopes. I have already recommended them to friends and certainly will use them in the future.

Within a week I had a quote and an appointment. The team was clean, professional and on time. Very easy to get along with. They worked efficiently and thoroughly to see to it that the space returned exactly to the condition I needed it to be. I won't hesitate to contact Raul or to refer him to friends and colleagues.

Provider came to site and looked at job, we agreed on price. He called a few days later to set a time. Arrival was slightly delayed because of traffic. He came with a dump truck and 2 workers who were skilled and professional. They knew exactly how to break down and dismantle as needed. The pace was exactly right, they neither dawdled nor rushed. They were focused, personable and polite. Upon concluding they swept the site broom clean.It was a smooth and dependable project from start to finish and I could not ask for a better result.

Raul and his crew did an outstanding job. Their work was neat, efficient and expeditious. They volunteered to do additional work without charge, including salvaging steps that were part of the deck and reattaching them to the house to provide interim access to the house, which was lost when the deck was removed. The crew kept good humor despite working in summer heat. The price was reasonable.

I am a satisfied customer for an excellent job done. Raul is the contact person and returned my voice mail promptly and was very courteous. He gave me a convenient appointment for a few days after my call. The 5 team members are very nice, efficient, responsible workers. They came on time, and they successfully demolished and removed my large wooden deck on the 2nd floor, that was partially over an extension roof. First, they covered the hallway and my apartment floors with plastic, as well as the part of my bed that was in proximity of their passage -- for back up safety but nothing landed there. They could not cover the stairs but cleaned them up perfectly at the end. They even accommodated my 1st floor neighbor's request that all the disassembled parts should go through my 2nd floor apartment instead of going through her garden apartment, which made their tasks more arduous and more time consuming. The underlying structure of my deck turned up to be partially rotten, which made a bigger mess than expected, each time a piece of plank broke into pieces, and so it took them more efforts and time to clean it up. Despite the extra work and time taken, they did not try to increase the fee that had been agreed upon before they started the work. This is a very efficient and organized team and they also did an excellent cleaning job at the end of the deck removal. At first, I was not sure about the cleanliness aspect, because during the deck parts removal time, there were bits of dirt that landed beyond the plastic sheets covering the floors under their passage. When they saw my concern, they reassured me they would clean it all afterwards, so I trusted them, and they really did clean it all perfectly at the end. From the deck demolition and removal to the cleaning afterwards, it took about 4 and a half to 5 hours of work by 5 people. This was a large deck and partially rotten underlying structure. Let me add some tips for people to optimize your experience, that I think are usueful for any team of workers in general, including this one: If you are only one person hosting at the time of the work, you might want to ask someone to be present with you if possible, because you cannot be in 2 places at the same time, such as if the workers might need to go through more than one apartment for example -- it would be easier to have a 2nd person there in general anyway. I was by myself at the time of this job and I chose to see the work done with the deck removal itself (instead of the disposal of the parts near the hallway); and I recommend that it is a good idea, so that you can give your instructions to the men if you have specific expectations of how you want things to be and/or look afterwards; and this particular team was happy to implement my requests when I made them. I would rehire this service again and I am grateful that they did such a good job for something that was not easy.

Great group of guys! Needed my deck removed before Memorial Day and they got it done! Everyone on the crew was great! Owner was on job the whole time. If you need trashed hauled away or a deck removed this should be your only call.

If you have junk you wanna get rid of, they'll get rid of it for you. They'll come in and they'll clean out and they'll break out. It was very difficult because of the snow storm. They completely accommodated us. Within 48 hours, they had rescheduled for us and came and cleaned up absolutely everything. They break things down. They will try anything to get a goodwill. They do a double service because on the one hand, you're paying them to clear out your stuff but you don't have time and they'll take care of things that are still usable for you as well so that's very lovely. The snow was bad but they still did the job. They did exactly what they quoted. They were very economical. They had a great work ethic. They were incredibly reliable. They completely cleaned up after themselves. He was honest. We really liked them a lot. They could use a good promo. It seemed like a good price.
