Lou was very knowledgeable and has good contacts for remedial work; accessbile and easy to work with.

Lou was very helpful, knowledgeable, and most of all on time and courteous. He explained what was happening with my basement wall and assured me there is no structural problem. He also told me how it can be fixed. While here he was willing to answer any other concerns I had. He followed up with a written evaluation of his findings. I'm very pleased.

He suggested that we obtain further boring tests for the issues with our home, which we did, he recommended an outstanding company that was so easy to deal with and an obvious expert in their field.
