Opal Construction, Inc. is family owned and operated. We have been servicing the community since 1992. Our expertise in construction ranges from driveways to new construction of shopping centers, schools, and industrial centers. Founded by brothers Jonathan and Christopher Cavoto, we continue to pride our company on the principles that laid the initial foundation for success: hard work, customers satisfaction and quality products and service. We pride ourselves on delivering a quality product through a consistent workforce. We are a fully bonded, licensed and insured general contractor. Our scope of work consists of site work, street and road construction and maintenance, as well as snow removal, and masonry work. Opal Construction is on the cutting edge of asphalt recycling technology that saves money for our customers, conserves resources and protects the environment. For over 16 years, from its beginning patching potholes to one of the regions finest construction and paving operations, Opal Construction, Inc. has been satisfying customers--just like you--throughout Long Island, the New York Metro area, and New Jersey.

They were really reasonable and did a great job. They went above and beyond the call of duty. They cleaned up after themselves after the work. They are a small company and every client counts to this company. They come back after 30 days of the work to make sure everything is still okay.
Description of Work: I have used Opal Asphalt & Sealcoating. They did part of our driveway, masonry work, and landscaping.

the price was great, and they worked efficiently
Description of Work: we used opal paving for our driveway work, he repaved our driveway as well as installed a new masonry walkway and stoop. they did a great job and work within our budget. Thanks John for all your hard work scott

Work was started within a week of hiring them. A single contact was assigned for the whole project (rip, fill, Belgian block, pave) who stayed in touch with me and let me know when each phase would be done. They stuck to their estimate, which included a few extras like an apron extending next to the garage for trash cans. Very professional, prompt, good job, no complaints whatsoever.
Description of Work: Removed old asphalt driveway, paved with asphalt & added 4 rows of Belgium block apron.
