 + -1 moreOn 6/2/2011 I scheduled an appointment with Matt (owner) for an estimate and property walk-through on 6/4/2011 between 8am and 9am. At 11am, Matt had not arrived yet, and I gave him a call to see where things were at. Matt informed me he was stuck on a job, and he stated would be by after 12pm. Matt did not show up at all and not so much as even a phone call.. I spent a better portion of the morning and afternoon waiting around before finally giving up. If showing up on time, or at all for that matter, for an estimate/walk-through is a challenge; it is a clear indication, to me, of how Spotless Landscaping does business and the quality of their service(s).
Description of Work: Estimate for services, property walk-through: .50 acre property Weekly lawn maintenance (cut, edge, trimming) Mulching of front and back yard Design ideas around childrens play area Design ideas around pool area Tree maintenance Extensive flower bed maintenance
