Dennis was hired to wire and install three 240V outlets for gas to electric conversions. Dennis did not try to upsell us. He was transparent in assessing our needs and making commendations. Very experienced worker

Excellent work, good cleanup and very reasonably priced. They replaced and upgraded my electrical panel, installed 11 new hi hats and replaced an existing hi hat. I would highly recommend Fran Electric.

Very professional and fixed my problem

I am all about not just the quality of work but also your personality. I was quoted a price of 2 to 300 for my job (2 dimmable switches). His voice raised on the phone after I said, which is not? Reluctantly gave me a quote of 200 for 2 switches. When he arrived, he ultimately did one dimmable switch and still quoted me the same price and complained that this is what I quoted you. I said I will write you a check for 150. This man Dennis also said he was charged 60.00 from Angi for coming out. Not sure if that is true. I felt very uncomfortable with how he communicated with me (very unprofessional). And he left a mess behind of wire clippings, some of which fell into my dogs bowl. This was after he installed the dimmable switch first upside down. I am being honest with my experience and thought about not leaving this review. However, he will not know what to fix if he is not aware.à   Update: after conferencing with Angie customer, resolutions, team, as well as subcontractor, I was issued a credit for the work done in a timely fashion with the contractor, upholding his end of the bargain with regards to the work done and me paying for just one dimmable ditch installation. I am satisfied

This company was awesome I will recommend Fran Electrical anytime, they were very professional, were on time, knew exactly what was needed to get the job done. What it cost was my favorite part .

I received an estimate over the phone from Dennis but he did not come to my home to see the work that needed to be done. I needed to replace my breaker box and upgrade to 200 amps. When they came to do the work he did not realize the box had to be relocated to bring the work up to code. He went on to tell me that it was going to cost another $1000 above his estimate. I agreed to have the work performed. He did do the work and it was more work than he anticipated. At the end of the day it ended up at $1500 above estimate. I just got an estimate I had been waiting for for 3 weeks that I waiting for from another electrician who actually came and did the estimate to do the whole job was $1000 less than what I was charged. This whole experience was quite aggravating, to say the least.

Dennis called me the night I wen on line looking for help and was at my home the next morning. He was friendly and explained all that needed to be done. And then he did it all.

Dennis was transparent, knowledgeable, and flexible to our needs and the needs of the house.
