After agreeing to the quoted price, at job completion, Dennis informed there was an additional $50 "service fee". He stated that HomeAdvisor charges his business that for the sales lead. I informed him that there was no way I was going to pay his "cost of doing business" expense. His reply was that he would split it with me. Again I rejected his proposal and he finally relented. In support of his claim, he showed me a list in his app that showed the HomeAdvisor fee for each sales lead. That list showed my call cost him $39.00, not the $50 he claimed. I consider this guy totally dishonest, would never again consider Fran Electric and advise the public to be wary of this guy. There is more to a provider than the quality/ competence.

Dennis arrived on time and gave a reasonable quote and did the job right away. He was professional and quick. I would hire him again.

Came promptly add did the work required. Will definitely rehire.

I have had them out three times to fix my driveway lights from going on and not off. Still not fixed.

Contractor was able to meet our schedule and at a very good price, work was done quickly and neat

Excellent work at a fair price!

So the two guys that came were cool. But they over charged me for the fix. I had a circuit in my house that was down. I needed to bring power to it, it was two rooms completely out. I first tried to find the junction box myself to see if I could fix it. After I couldn't find the short, I decided to call homeadvisor. These guys came, I told them all of the circuits I checked already so they didn't have to spend time looking and they diagnosed the problem quickly. They added a new Romex from the breaker box to a outlet and bypassed the short to power the rooms. For this they charged 375 Dollars, this was not even 1 hour of work. They also messed up my light in the kitchen which I had to replace myself because they were trying to see if the short was there. Overall bad experience for the business, the guys were cool, but did not lower the price even when I asked. They did know what they were doing though. I would call someone else, they did not go over pricing prior to fix, which I thought they did so they can over charge.

Very responsive, showed up 10am on a Saturday morning. Quick work. A bit expensive for the easy fix that I had - but I understand they had to drive out a ways to my house, it was Saturday, etc, so not terribly unreasonable. Would recommend them.

pleasant, on time, which is rare. quick service, although I thought $ was a touch higher than expected. didn't realize that the service charges the company, but I guess that's the cost of doing business.

Excellent work and very quick response. I would recommend them and will use them again for my electrical projects.

I hired another company the day before and told them I'd be available 9:30-2:30. They said they'd arrive in the morning. They never showed or called or texted. I set an appointment online with Dennis, he called me right away and came in the next day at the exact time he was scheduled. He and his partner worked well and fast and were done in an hour. To top it all off, he worked with me on the price. Will use again.

Dennis was excellent, good fast work, but the price was not what he quoted me over the phone. Not good for business but I would use him again.

Dennis was prompt. Our stove was hardwired and we needed an outlet for the new stove. Dennis installed a 4 prong outlet and re-connected the old stove. The installation of the new stove should be trouble free. Dennis did an excellent job.
