My fire alarms were going off continually. I reached out using Home Advisor. Dennis called me and listened to my problem and he scheduled an appt for early the next morning. He and his worker arrived 30 minutes early. They listened to my observations of the problem that I was having and then they went right to work. They found that all my hardwired alarms were very old and needed replacement along with the attic fan which also wasn't functioning. Dennis gave me an estimate right away and I agreed to get the work done. They started immediately and finished in about 2 hours. Dennis and his worker were so pleasant and so informed. They completed this large job very quickly and very professionally. Dennis is so experienced and makes me feel confident that his work is of the highest quality. I highly recommend Fran Electric. He was on time and came ready to work. He did a good job. I would use him again. I didn’t like paying for the extra website fee at the end because I wasn’t told about it. He added it to the bill. It would have been better to tell me in the beginning.

Dennis is a very nice, courteous, experienced, and helpful electrician. He made special arrangements to meet with me bright and early in the morning because I informed him I had another appointment scheduled for later in the morning. He showed up right on time and he professionally completed my electrical repairs and upgrades within a reasonable amount of time. He also took the time to point out some additional changes which I should consider making in the future. I found him to be very honest and trustworthy and will definitely consider him the next time I am ready to get some electrical work done in my home. I would recommend Dennis (especially if you, like me, are tired of rude and/or arrogant repairmen who seem more interested in making a buck instead of sincerely trying to help you resolve your problem.)

This contractor, Dennis and helper Michael, was on time and began the project by trying to save me money. Unfortunately minor repair didnâ  t solve the problem. He had to leave for another job but returned shortly and solved my wiring problem. Dennis and Micheal knew what they were doing and I will use them in the future for any electrical needs.

Dennis inspected the problem and took care of it under 30 minutes. He was very personable and courteous. The work was done quickly and well. I would most certainly hire him again.

Dennis was friendly and professional, and really knows what he is doing - so do his guys. He was able to install a light fixture that several electricians told me could not be done because of problems with the ceiling. He was confident on the phone, and said he could do it, but I still was not sure. Well, he proved me wrong!
