Wind river environmental and Kaiser-Battistone are one company!!! worse customer service EVER. first time i joined a review website, and i feel wasted a few dollars there... however the customer service reps at wind river are the worse i ever dealt with... first they give one price over the phone and you get another from the guys in the field who have a price list with them. though i said to the customer service rep i needed septic tank cleaned and a repair/ replace the Sump/grinder pump they will only send a guy to empty out the septic tank. I was told they will charge once to empty the septic tank. next day i was told they will be charge to empty a septic tank a second time, septic tank cleaner guy tells me he himself does not understand why they don't send the repair guy with him. next day repair guy comes, he tells me the same thing, he doesn't understand why they don't send both of them together and get the work done at once. back office did not tell repair guy the type of pump i needed thought the reason why wind river claims they send septic tank guy is so he can "access the problem " and determine what needs to get done. Customer services also says to me that they are doing me a favor by scheduling the service calls so "quickly". Repair guy comes and he did not have the correct pump. repair guy tells me it will cost $1,520 for parts and labor and shows me the price from the price list he carries in the van. I get a call from back officer and was told, the pump replacement will cost $2,300 and rudely says "call me if you want to schedule the job or not". Asking to speak to a supervisor - they all claim to be supervisors... I also asked ahead of time if the "repair" guy will have everything he needs to complete the job and i was told yes, he will be equipped with everything including the bump and he will be able to clean out the septic tank again. NOT TRUE BARBARA. Thanks MIHCELLI for telling me i will be charged for TWO septic tank cleaning. Thanks to the guy whom i forget his name for saying he is doing me fa favor Thanks to DAVE for the extra pricing for grinder pump. AND MOST IMPORTANTLY THANKS ANGIE'S LIST FOR THE WONDERFUL REFERRAL.
