He cashed the check that day. On June 30th he didn't show up, didn't call. Called him several times throughout the next few weeks. He called on July 7th, said he would be out July 9th. He came out the 8th unexpectedly and gutted the whole bathroom. He then disappeared, scheduled to come out the next day. He didn't show up, and didn't call. On July 13th I went back to the place that referred him. While I was standing there, the fellow in the store called him and said that I had contacted them and was very upset. He told the guy in the store that he would call back today and make arrangements to complete the job. I never heard back from him. Price is total estimate.
Description of Work: I went to a home improvement store to ask them for referrals for a bathroom re-model. They gave me a name of Rooster Mechanical. I called him. On June 23rd he gave me a written estimate of all of the work to be done. He came back the next day with a contract. At that time he took a deposit of $800 so that he could buy the fixtures.
