Howie did a great job on my 2 autos that I had not properly washed or waxed in a very long time. They look great and I will definitely use Howie again!

Howard did an amazing job on my car. Really spent the extra time on areas that needed it. The clay job he did really did a great job of removing contaminants from my paint. Aside from a few paint chips from driving the car looks better than when I drove it home from the dealership.

He did a great job in a timely manner. Came to my home, only needed electric and hose and had the job completed in a few hours. Car looks as good as new. 2nd time he's detailed one of my vehicles and I would not hesitate to use his services again.

Howie came on time, stood by his price estimate, worked three hours and did a fine job. very professional and you can see by his going back over spots a number of times that he wanted to leave it as perfect as he could. he takes pride in his work.

Overall, he did an amazing job, especially considering what he had to work with. My wife is very happy with her car and I would highly recommend his service.

Spoke with the owner . He was not very professional , seemed annoyed . He said he only serviced in his area . I'm only 35 minutes from him . I guess he doesn't need my business . As a business owner myself , I would not have that kind of attitude with anyone who called looking for my services . I would recommend he be more pleasant and try to direct the client in another direction if he doesn't need the work.

Howard did a great job on both my wife's car and mine. Great attention to detail. Both car's look great!

My cars are not garaged so I have Howard wash and wax them in the Spring and again in the Fall. He always arrives on time and fully prepared to go to work. The results are excellent and the price is reasonable for the amount of effort he puts into the job. The cars are four and seven years old and they both look great when he is done.

I had Howard work on two of my luxury cars (compound and wax). In each instance, the job done was fantastic. Howard has been in this line of business for 35+ years and it shows (cars, boats, planes, etc.). When he arrives at your house, he has a van stocked with all the items necessary to do the job, including a large water tank. If anything, he will most likely just need access to a power outlet. His rates were very affordable given the quality of the job. I could have paid a bit less getting this job done at a local car wash, but I have no doubt that this was a MUCH better option. Well worth the money.

The car looks better than when it was new. The paint was rough and full of water spots but by the time Howie was done the finish felt as smooth as glass. Impeccable attention to detail. Highly recommend.

I wanted it to be perfect when I returned it. The car looked better than WHEN I BOUGHT IT 3 YEARS AGO. Howie was here 3+ hours. I have never seen someone so great at what he does. I hated to give the car back. It truly came out amazing. The people at the dealer were amazed with it. I will now have him wax my new car and possibly do weekly washes which he offers.

Some trouble with communication, but his work was outstanding and more than made up for it. He did a beautiful job and is a perfectionist after my own heart. Would highly recommend.

Howard, the owner, came by and performed a full interior detail of my minivan. He was very punctual, friendly and professional. He truly amazed me at how clean he was able to get the inside of the car. It pretty much looked liked it did when i first picked it up brand new from the lot. I would definitely use him again, its good to know that i finally have found someone who will actually do the job that you pay them to do and make sure they do it right.

i personally have never met howard the owner of personalized auto polishing.....and frankly there is no reason to...i work 12 hour days in manhatten..so no time ...i called howard and set the entire project up over the phone.....i left the car in the driveway (porsche 911 turbo) keys in car.....i came home to a spectacular result..the car looks as though i just drove it out of the showroom..i mean if one has to stand around and babysit contracted work its useless.....and you have hired the wrong person...howard made my car look so good i hired him the next week(same set up car in driveway keys inside)to detail my bmw 650.....again outstanding workmanship..i can see my reflection off of the car---it actually looks better than the day i picked it up!!!! no need to look any further...howard is the real deal.....if you want fabulous results and honesty and integrity.......you have hit paydirt.......call howard

Although this car is almost new (2015) it had a tough winter and a few scratches. Howard first worked on making the paint perfect with whatever he uses, and he had a different product that removed the not so light scratches. When he finished the final step, applying the wax, the car looked far better than new. It was expensive but Howard saved me from taking the car to a body shop. He'll be back to do a grey car and two white cars. I was happy to pay the price as he works hard and brings a lot of knowlege with him.

He contacted me within several days of purchasing the deal to let me know that he was based out of New England (I'm in Ohio). He handled that very professionally and was very responsive. I ended up getting a refund from Angie's List.

The provider took great care to buff it out and also pointed out several other very minor blemishes which he also took care of. It was obvious that he takes great pride in his abilities and wasn't satisfied with just a good job. He delivered a great job. This was a brand new car (one week old) and I was really distraught because the car wash felt the damage was very substantail. So for $80 it was like new, and I'm very satisfied. The job was done in 30 minutes.

They did charge me $60 extra. My car looks good and I am pleased with the work.

It wasn't really detailing. It was more of a high quality was and vacuuming, which is want I expected for the price.

Provider arrived early ,was personable,professional & courteous.Completed job satisfactorily.Even managing to compound out scratches on roof before waxing.I`m completely satisfied especially with the convenience of him coming to me.

When he came out, he said he could only do one of the two cars, as he had to be somewhere very soon. The work to detail one car was supposed to take 3-5 hours as indicated on their website, but he was done in two and a half. I have since found out that 2 guys working 2 & 1/2 hours each= 5 man hours. The car looked great when he finished, Interior was really clean, he power washed the engine, that looked great. While power washing the engine, Howard ACCIDENTALLY shorted out my alarm. After discussing this with him & getting the alarm repaired, he stepped up & paid for the alarm replacement. I appreciated that. My only complaint is I paid an extra 50 bucks to remove hard water spots off of the windows & they could still be seen in the days after the service. To be fair, most were gone, I don't know if the service guarantees all hard water spot removals. I gave a B for the price because I have seen cheaper mobile detailing companies. What I will say is maybe some companies are cheaper than Howard, but that doesn't guarantee they will be better. Overall I was happy with the job & would use Howard again. I would go over everything before he starts, so I would be more clearer on the work that would be performed. I should have done that the first time, That was my mistake.

Howard show up when he said so , Howard and two young men went through the car just like I would of. I am very hard to please, but they did it. I will definitely use them on a yearly basis.
