+ -1 moreI was happy with the product and installation but extremely unhappy with the salesperson. When I inquired about the "low financing" as advertised, the salesperson started the credit application and didn't ask me for the correct info regarding my salary, mortgage, etc. While I waited for him to ask or have me fill out an application like other stores do, he put in my SS and typed in a salary of 30,000 and processed the application. When I questioned him as to why he did that, he stated that the system would only recognize that amount as the max and any more would be flagged. I protested that I would never be approved with that salary since I have debts to match my real salary of 120,000. Naturally I was not approved and subsequently this went on my credit record as a negative.
Description of Work: I went in to purchase air conditioners for my home. I was happy with the prices and quality. I purchased three air conditioners and was given a quick delivery/installation date. The installers for professional and did a good job.
