Paul arrived when he said he would. He worked professionally and pleasantly. He was a genuine pleasure to work with. We plan on using Paul for all our chimney work in the future, both at home and in our commercial properties. Additionally, we had another sweep inspect our chimney. They wanted to replace our entire liner. They gave us a crazy price and it wouldn't have even fixed the problem! Call Paul instead.

we had an estimate over the winter, but unfortunately this winter was one of the worst we've had so New England wasn't able to do the work until now. The work was done according to the estimate, it was completed in a couple hours. The worksite was completely cleaned up when they were finished.

They were great. They came the day after we called and were here for over 5 hours. Very neat, informative, knowledgable. Price was fair and equitable. Both the burner chimney and the fireplace chimney needed to be relined. I would definitely recommend them.

Paul and his son showed up around 10am. There was a bit of confusion as we thought we scheduled a different service provider (we called several before going with New England Chimney) but it was a simple mix up of names and phone numbers on our part. They were very diligent in keeping our floors clean while working. Paul made a recommendation on the type of fireplace door we had but we were very pleased that, unlike other chimney service companies, he didn't try to push multiple products or services that would cost thousands of dollars. Once finished with the fireplace, they got to work on the boiler chimney. After cleaning, he told me the boiler chimney looked ok, which is the exact opposite of what my last chimney company told me. And he even fixed a fallen brick from the outside brickwork of the fireplace without me having to ask. We are very happy with the service provided by New England Chimney Sweeps and will definitely be using them again.

Came on time and work in a clean professional manner. Pointed out a couple of things/suggestions to consider. Was quick and courteous. Advised to wait until spring to do brick/repointing work due to the temperature. Very honest.

Paul is very knowledgeable about chimney maintenance. He does an excellent job of cleaning my chimneys(wood stove and oil burner). I have a particularly difficult chimney to clean and he purchased a special brush just to do my chimney. He is very friendly, arrives when he says he will, offers advice on chimney care and is careful in keeping the area clean as he works. I have found him to be far and away better than some of those companies that offer the discount coupons in the mail. You definitely get what you pay for.

I WAS VERY SATISFIED WITH THE FINISHED PRODUCT. THERE WAS ONLY ONE MAN DOING THE CHIMNEY CLEANING WORK. THERE WAS SOMETHING LEAKING AND NOW IT IS NO LONGER LEAKING.
