Laura Prince-Vomvos was our real estate agent; she was wonderful to work with. She was professional from the start, but also warm and kind. We were selling a family home, which needed some TLC in the kitchen. It's a modest house, and we were looking for a family to fill it with love, again. Laura found the perfect young couple to do so, guided us through the transaction, drove through a torrential downpour to the closing to help represent us, kept us informed (we live out of state), and was as joyful as we were to find a young family who were excited to own their first home. Laura understood it was selling our family home and treated it as it was to us. Although modest in size and appearance, and having seen 54 years of family life, she saw the house as sweet and perfect for a young couple as we did. She didn't push to have the house sold to a developer who wanted to tear it down to build a McMansion. She held to our vision that it was a prefect size for a small family and found the new owners quickly. Laura presented all facts to us for our decision. When asked for her advice was honest and forthcoming, but always kind and understanding. All the time, she made sure all details were professionally and properly attended to. When you sell a family home, it can be an emotional experience. When you sell it from out of state, it can be difficult. Laura understood all of this, yet executed an easy sale to the perfect family. All that was required was a small dose of patience, but she seems to have that in abundance.
