If I could give this company 10 stars, I would. Absolutely the best plumber that we have ever used. Stayed until the very complicated job was completed. Worked outdoors in the rain and promised me he would stay until completed (into the late evening). Did a very professional job and at an absolutely fair price. Stayed in touch with us while the work was being done by sending pictures and videos. We would highly recommend this company and we will continue to us Luca's Plumbing & Heating in the future.

Luca and Patrick are great! Extremely knowledgeable and reliable, especially late in the day or at night depending on the problem that arises. Thorough and fast.

Luca and his team did the oil to gas conversion at our home and he handled the whole process very well. He took care of everything including the town permit process, application with national grid, removing the oil tank and hauling away the old equipment. His team was extremely professional, punctual, courteous and left the boiler room cleaner than it was before it arrived. All of the work done was meticulous.

Luca replaced two shutoffs for our washing machine. Based on a preliminary phone call we agreed on a price. He came on time, did an excellent job and left everything clean and working perfectly. I highly recommend him for his communication and work.

Luca Plumbing so professional and caring.. Has completed multiple jobs for me. First one went looking for a gas filter for my burner on a Saturday when other companies said they could not get one found it and replaced it. Next I found my water heater with a small leak and replaced it with a fair price. Answered my calls quickly and fixed a leak in upstairs bathroom when it was raining in my kitchen. His number is in my contact list on speed dial..

I recently moved and quickly learned that I would be needing a new hot water heater so I called Luca’s Plumbing and Heating. Luca called me back promptly and then came to my house, explained what needed to be done, gave me an estimate and scheduled the job. When he returned, it was “out with the old and in with the new” and I had fresh and clean hot water that very same day! Five years ago I made the decision to switch from oil heat to gas. The smell and the old oil take were becoming a problem. I called National Grid who recommended Luca for the conversion. Not only did Luca deliver as promised he was $3000 cheaper from the quote I received from regular plumber.i have used him to replace hot water heater, convert dryer to gas and misc other projects. I highly recommend his service.

He did everything he said he was going to do. The owner was on the job site and his work is very clean and square. no corners were cut. They were professionals from the estimate to the install and for the clean up. highly recommend.

There were no issues, everything worked out well!

Out of three contractors, he was the least expensive. He was very efficient. He ran into some problems while performing the work but he handled it very well. He ended up fixing my incorrectly installed baseboard heating (which the previous contractor had installed incorrectly)free of charge so that I wouldn't be left without heat during the conversion process.
