Description of Work: We were very pleased with the quality of work performed by Herber Plumbing and Heating. We placed a call this morning and were given a four hour window for the serviceman to arrive. The serviceman arrived about two hours later and quickly unclogged our toilet. The price was reasonable and the serviceman told me about a coupon that could be printed since we were Angie's List customers to save $25.00. Overall an excellent experience.

Description of Work: Hot water pixie to water heater was leaking needed new pipe, came in very professional and fixed leak and we could use our $25. Angie's coupon.

Description of Work: I've had Herber replace my furnace, convert us to gas (from oil), install central air, and rough in plumbing on a powder room. They do great work and service seems to be #1 with them. I would highly recommend them!

Description of Work: What a great company! I needed to have a gas line capped off at the back of my house. I'm fairly new to the house, and about as clueless as you can get, so far as plumbing matters are concerned (I wasn't even sure where my gas meter was). I called Herber for an appointment and Mr. Herber himself came and provided me with an estimate. He was punctual and thorough, and he took time to explain everything to me. I'd gotten one other estimate and Herber's was a little lower, but I was so impressed with their professionalism and thoroughness, I think I would have hired them even if theirs was the high estimate. We set a date for the work to be done. The plumber showed up on time. He understood exactly what needed to be done and he did it within estimate. I am very pleased and I intend to use Herber again. Here's something else that I thought was just very nice: When I showed the plumber to my gas meter (the one I'd been introduced to by his boss) I had to apologize for the mess my garden hose made. It's next to the meter and I explained that I was just a hose-slob. I have never been able to, or patient enough to properly coil and store a garden hose. Later, after the plumber had finished his work and left, I found that when he'd turned the gas back on, he'd taken the time to work the kinks out of my garden hose and store it away nicely and neatly. Now that's a good guy.

Description of Work: they came to our home to provide a quote for oil to gas conversion along with plumbing services. they went above and beyond as we worked thru quotes and loans. unfortunately we had to put the project on hold but it is on again for this year. the team in teh office were outstandign and helpful
