Description of Work: Basement leaked with rain. They dug the exterior hole down to basement foundation and repaired the leak. We had several heavy rains afterward and no more leak. Price was competitive with other bids.

Description of Work: Had French drain installed along perimeter of interior walls of basement including a center channel for more flow if necessary. Installed two separate sump pump basins each with its own pump. The job was complete in about 6 hours.

Description of Work: I had flooding in my basement whenever it rained hard in a certain direction. When I called E&M, Eddie, the owner, returned my call within a few minutes. He came to give me an estimate very quickly and I was so impressed, I signed right away. He saw a crack in my foundation and scheduled the job also very quickly. His crew was prompt and efficient. I was at work and they waited till I got home at lunchtime before closing up the hole that was dug, so that I could inspect the work that was done. They left my backyard immaculate and I would have never even known they were there if I hadn't seen the work with my own eyes. I would definitely recommend E&M!

Description of Work: I called E&M because we found peeling wall and popping paint in the basement and it looks like there was water. Ed called me back and I described the problem. He advised me what to do to solve the problem and told me there is no need to spend $ in waterproofing now if there is no water in the basement. He told me that it was moisture and went though all the details regarding how to clean the area. Ed is very responsible and professional and I really appreciate his advise.

Description of Work: E&M Waterproofing cut away the bottom siding in the front of my house to expose and seal the sill plate area where water was coming in due to the ground level being so high. They put a skim coat of mortar or cement and did a neat job. In addition they fixed another area where a crack in the foundation was allowing water to seap into the basement. This involved cutting a section of my garage floor and digging down about 7 feet. They work was very neatly done and so far I haven't had any water in the basement. The price was competitive with the other estimates that I got for the job although other contractors had different solutions to fix the problem. I haven't had the soaking rain that in the past was allowing pooling water to enter the home but I feel confident that the work was well done and my basement won't flood again.

Description of Work: They waterproofed my basement from the inside with a French drain system. The work was good quality, done professionally, neatly and quickly. The owner and everyone of his employee's were attentive and professional with the job, and I was very pleased.

Description of Work: He came by for an estimate to look at water seaping into the house downstairs. I thought it had to do with foundation. As it turned out the water wasn't from outside so I did not need his service after all. I needed a plumber. However, I am certainly keeping his number incase of future waterproofing issues.
