Description of Work: New roof, new siding, new construction Marvin windows, hardwood floors in three rooms, new front porch. Everything went smoothly. The company is very responsive to the homeowners needs. There were no surprise charges or additional costs. DG was flexible to make reasonable changes along the way and always helpful with suggestions. The crew was punctual, neat, trustworthy and paid attention to detail. We are very happy with the work that was done.

Description of Work: Cambridge paver patio approx 900 sq ft, Ledgestone wall around yard. Repaint shed, build stairs/landing. | |Contractor was good and generally helpful. Encountered difficulty with their assertion that they could remove/reinstall stand by generator around the job; the electrician they supplied did not have adequate knowledge of the system and I was forced to bring back the OEM for the generator to complete hookup and restart procedure. Desmond was helpful and he kept to promised price. The patio looks great. Love the work on the Circle kit. Crew was hardworking. Job took longer than expected due to capstone which was really my fault for selecting. Quality of work is very good.

Description of Work: Fire restoration. Stole pipes nothing done to code or according to contract. Cut corners on all work. Work had to be redone. COMPLETELY DISHONEST SO BEWARE. See BBB complaint.

+ 0 moreDesmond provided a fair and solid estimate. During the many phases of choosing materials and refining design, he was extremely helpful and cooperative. He promptly returned calls. He was very patient and worked with us flexibly on solutions and changes during the construction process. His team was exceptionally hard-working and friendly. From the project manager to the workers, we consistently had the right people for the job(s) at the site. They left the site clean as possible on each day from beginning to end. The only set of difficulties surrounded the removal and re-installation of an electric standby generator. It was clear that their electrician did not possess clear knowledge on the proper power down/power up procedures. Ultimately, we called in the original installer to finish the re-installation and restart process. The job also ran somewhat longer than originally forecast. Some of this was attributable to some of the more intricate masonry work (Cambridge Circle kit and irregular retaining wall capping). As with any construction job, there were a few punch list items that were outstanding. Desmond and his capable project manager took care of all of these items promptly, and to my satisfaction. Overall, I believed I received an excellent value with good quality with DG. I would not hesitate to work with them again or recommend them to someone else.
Description of Work: Installation of approximately 900 square ft. of pavers, perimeter retaining wall, and new exterior stairs and landing. Job included extensive demolition of old decking structure and the installation of a new drywell reservoir. A yard shed was also repainted.

Description of Work: They did a whole kitchen renovation including a header, support beam and island. Installed flooring and also stained them; painting, wall mounts for television. They also took 2 layers of the roof off; and did a total replacement.
