replacement windows
 + -1 moreIt took about four months to get the windows in. The salesperson didn't have enough knowledge about the windows and his response to the brand new windows was that they could repair them. This was not OK considering they were brand new windows. Also, he did not forward communication from the company to me such as if they were delayed and details with the windows. He had asked for the other half of the money before seeing if the windows were sized correctly and not broken. I got my money back for the windows.
Description of Work: I ordered 16 custom windows and when they came in the joints were falling apart. Some of them were broken, scratched and the seams were not together. Also, he didn't bring all the windows for inspection when they all could have fit on the truck.

 + 0 morePatrick was a pleasure to work with. He was knowledgabe, reliable and just a nice guy to deal with. He measured for all the doors, answered my numerous questions, returned calls promptly and delivered when promised. Would definitely use again in the futre.
Description of Work: Supplied all new doors, inside and out, for my home after being flooded by hurricance Sandy.
