Description of Work: bought new house with pool not functioning well and no 20x40 pool cover. they sent something in the mail and we called and learned that they had serviced the pool in the past for the previous owners. after husband went to farmingdale office to meet and sit down, they came out several weeks ago (bill not received after more than 2 weeks), looked at filter and did some kind of repair that improved but didn't fix filter, measured for a custom cover, and said they would get back. faxed us yesterday (now late in season, back against the wall?) and suddenly the cost of the installed pool cover went from l600 to 3600, not including fees for closing the pool. seems its worthless to go with someone very familiar with the pool, meet them first at their business to discuss particulars, and trust them to do the job fairly. we will be very upset if we get an inflated service call bill, and are billed for measuring the cover since they didn't come close to the quoted amount.

Description of Work: My neighbors use this pool company to service their pool. While servicing their pool, they damaged my driveway. They were draining their pool and it leaked onto my property. I had to have my driveway resealed. They are supposed to cover the charges.
