The final estimate was much higher than the original estimate range given on the phone. The estimate was based on assumption of a 4000 gallon tank and the expectation that there was a second overflow tank in the waste system. Turned out to be a 2000 gallon tank from which just over 1000 gallons were pumped out. There was no overflow tank at all. Since the estimate was at least partially based on the volume of waste pumped out, we asked for an adjustment in the price. The owner Bill responded in a very hostile manner and would not adjust the price at all. His demeanor on the phone with us, after we had paid him in cash was very difficult and uncooperative. Our original reason for using his firm was for the prompt turnaround we were promised on the phone. It was delayed twice - a first visit to scope out the project and clear a line, then the second visit was delayed due to claims of his driver not showing up, so the final work got done six days later. The work appears to have been done according to expectations since the new cover is installed as agreed to, but the business practices of the owner leave the relationship soured.

These guys are amazing . I happened to look on home advisor at 7:00 am by 7:30 Billy (the owner) had already contacted me and put a plan in place for repair .I was quoted an arrival time as 1-3 pm .Joe M. (Our technician) arrived early and and went right to work . Joe M. let us know what going on each step of the way . Joe M was very reassuring and put our minds at ease . Joe M. Cleaned up everything that he came in contact with. It was pleasure doing business with them. Great job Thanks again guys .

The owner, Billy, contacted me right after my inquiry on Home Advisor. He was courteous, informative and easy to talk to about the problem. Arranged for a video diagnostic (of the main sewer line) the next morning, found the problem right away and actually performed the job on the spot! Extremely satisfied and so relieved that I found the right man for the job! Will definitely recommend this company to anyone with a sewer/cesspool problem.
