B&B gave me an estimate to remove old wallpaper and paint my kitchen. When they removed the wallpaper it became apparent that the walls had not been prepped correctly before the wall[paper went up and much of the sheet rock paper came down with the wallpaper. It looked SCARY. First they coated it with what I guess was a primer but that did not fix the problem so they came back and skim coated the walls, sealed the walls and then painted. It was pretty unnerving during the process but Brad ( the owner ) told me NOT to worry. His workers were really nice guys, neat, clean and on time. After all was said and done - my kitchen came out great!

Both Brad and Tommy are amazing contractprs. Thoroughly delightful to work with, excellent quality of service, punctual, respectful, and extremely well priced. You cannot do better than these two. I can't wait to have them back again! Thank you both for your amazing work and incredible quality of service.

He was okay. He came when he said he would and did the work. I do have a couple of spots that he didn't quite get with the painting, which I noticed afterwards. He did show up on time. He did what he was supposed to. There were no additional fees because I didn't do any additional work with him. They did the job. They did completely tent the place because the primer was very stinky. So, he had to completely tent the rest of the house off. I have a very open floor plan. It was oil-based primer and it really stunk. We actually had to leave. I don't know how the guys did it but we actually had to leave because it was quite intense. They were very good about tenting everything and making sure nothing else got paint on it. It was an excellent price. I think I bought two four-hour day deals so that I had enough to do the two rooms I wanted to do.

We selected B&B because Brad understood what we wanted and gave a reasonable quote. We had no trouble getting his schedule to match with ours. He accommodated additional small non-painting requests like reattaching a downspout that had been loose for some time, which was impossible for us but easy for his crew to do since they had the ladder set up anyway. They also worked with us to find a way to inconspicuously fill holes that carpenter bees had drilled in the house's soffits. The crew showed up early each of the four days that the job took. They were careful in the power-washing, not to use too much pressure that would have damaged the wood, and applying bleach and a second pass when necessary. Brad worked with us to find the right tint sealers to best match the color of the house when siding was first applied, In the case of the deck (made of a different material than the siding) he humored us by getting two different colors before we finally went with the one he thought best from the very beginning. He was right, and we ended up using clear sealer to allow the wood grain to clearly show through. Because the wood was so dry and porous, we had them apply two coats of sealer. The house now looks SO much better than it did previously, and the whole operation was totally hassle-free. I wish I could post a photo here.

Brad is very responsive, punctual and pleasant to work with. He worked with our schedule. I will definitely use him again.

While the finished project met with my approval. Getting the painters to do what I wanted posed a problem from time to time. The owner would tell the painters to disregard my instructions and rush to finish. I was under the impression they were supposed to do what I wanted as far as scraping and painting during the purchased time. We kept bumping heads and I had to stay on top of them. After them left I discovered they had crushed a section of my gutters in the front of the house and it had to be replaced. They also threw white paint under my shrubs (yews). I must also add they B&B allowed me to purchase the paint with his contractor's discount at Home Depot saving me a few dollars on the paint. If not for the stress of dealing with the owner, I'm very pleased with the end project, but would not rehire.

Brad and Don arrived on time and we reviewed what was to be done. The work was completed with attention to detail. As the job progressed each issue was addressed - if caulking was necessary - it got caulked, if scraping was necessary - it got scraped. No drips, no spills just quality professional painting. We are very pleased and B&B will be back to do my kitchen!

Job took 4 days and they moved the furniture and put it all back. Great price, great job!

B&B Painting by the Pros did an excellent job. They were prompt, very courteous and very neat. I will be using them for all my painting needs.

It was amazing. I can't even begin to tell you how phenomenal the experience was. Brad is just what every contractor should be. They were on time, neat and clean, just wonderful to work with!! I am having them come back to paint some other rooms for us as well! The last time it got painted; I had to put a border up because the plaster isn't leveled where it meets the ceiling but they did such a great job I don't even have to do that this time!! They are excellent! I will continue to use this company.

Brad is awesome! I am so happy we found him! I feel like I have known him for years! He gave a great price to power wash our very dirty deck, and siding, as well as even offering to clean additional areas for no extra cost. My dog immediately wagged her tail for Brad, who is a very obvious animal lover....so much so that he used special non-toxic cleaner specifically that is dog safe! Besides his amazing work, Brad also has a great sense of humor and holds a great conversation. I look forward to using him for many years to come for both Power Washing, as well as any and ALL painting that I may need. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND B&B, you will never need another painter, or Power Washer again! Thanks again Brad!!!!

Nothing was done so I paid Angie's list the $96 and received very little in return.

the .Indoor work was fine-not perfect, but ok. Deck was/is a disaster. Due to work being rescheduled for several days, i was unable to rearrange my schedule to take the additional days off to watch what was happening. Indoor work was ok--sheetrock repair/spackling is perfect, Painting is fine--small problems, but nothing we can't fix ourselves. Deck is a disaster & adding to the frustration is the attitude of owner Brad that he/they were not responsible. He said they would "try" to fix it, but somehow he felt the sloppiness & uneven nature & missed spots of the stain application were due to either: my sprinklers (which were not on & even if they were do not reach my elevated deck; that I bought the wrong stain--a purchase I made with him on the phone & I repeated his exact words to the store clerk and purchased exactly what he told me to buy. Additionally, I bought the stain 4 days prior to him using it--if it were wrong there was ample opportunity to exchange it. I made the mistake of not getting everything in writing & when it came time to pay was given a number much higher than the original--but he was "giving me a deal". I paid what he asked & when he was called back to repair what was messed up his attitude changed completely. Brad is very unprofessional & one would be wise to avoid this company at all cost.

It went quite well. He did a thorough job and was very mindful of how much pressure to use in different spots.

Brad was very nice and personable. You can tell he really cares about his work and clients. He had told me he would come the following week but was able to move up our date since he finished another project earlier than expected. He showed up early to ensure that everything will be dry by the time we got home. I will definitely use his services again!

My account was debited for services on the date I accepted the "special" offer. I was contacted by Brad of B&B and told that I was not in his service area. When informed that I had already paid for the services he agreed to do the job and scheduled to arrive at 7:30 a.m. on Thursday, April 23. At 8:30 a.m., on the scheduled date, I called Brad, as he had not yet arrived. He stated that he had injured himself and would not be able to complete the job on that date. (He said he did not call because he did not have my number, even though his first contact to me was by phone.) We rescheduled for May 7. His employee appeared in a timely manner on the 7th, without a ladder inadequate to complete the job and asked if I had one that he could use. He used my ladder, which was not long enough to reach the highest point of the trim, but reached it from the roof. In 4 hours, he said he was finished and I pointed out he had not finished the trim on the doors. He then painted them. I had other projects which I would have liked to have done during the 8 hours allowed, but it was evident from our discussion that he was not prepared to stay for 8 hours; that he had another job to complete that was located a great distance from my home. He did not seem to be aware of the conditions of the service for which that I had contracted.

Went well. Provider was polite, courteous, efficient. Home Depot wanted about the same price for a repair kit that I would have had to done myself. However, in future, I think I'll just buy some mortar and do it myself - I think that would be a lot cheaper- can get a tube of mortar repair for about $5.00

They were awesome. Those guys were terrific. I actually did the part that I wanted them to do. I actually did that myself and that was the bedroom and I had them all the rest of these down here. That was like a $1,200 job. The guy came out and I said I wanted to paint the bedroom and he said fine. It just turned into more. I asked how much it would cost to do the other areas. He gave me a price and I said fine. He did not have any availability for like four weeks, something like that. Four weeks later in that time frame, I wind up painting my bedroom by myself with my wife and then when he came, he did the whole downstairs and it is awesome. He did a great job.

The guys were great. They showed up on time every day, and did a beautiful job. Thanks guys.

It was done quickly and thoroughly. He cleaned up completely. I would use him again.

Tom did a great job painting our living room and hallway. He was very professional from start to finish. I would highly recommend them.

He was very nice and informative. He was honest and fair.

When I first reached out for an appointment, he let me know that the date that he could come out, and he told me that he would touch base later to confirm and remind me. Every time I attempted to reach out to him, it was hard to have a conversation with him. Finally he contacted me, however after this it was very difficult for him to keep his appointment. There were many excuses. When he came to estimate the work I needed, he told me that he did not do trim, did not do baseboards, my room was too large, and that the deal did not cover this...even though the Deal never stated these things I tried to work with him as much as I could, but it was one excuse after another.

Informed us that he would have to charge my daughter $2000 for her job. Decided not to go with this company.

They were busy fulfilling Angie's List deals so scheduling was a little further out than I had hoped but they showed up early, were professional, courteous and did a great job. I'd definitely recommend them.
