Description of Work: George and his son power washed the entire house ( two stories ), our front porch deck and back deck. He and his son were very polite and professional and I would definitely use them again!

Description of Work: I've called several times and each time he tells me to call back after 5pm. Also, his power washers are not up and running yet for whatever reason. I don't have the patience for this. Please refund my money. Thanks Craig

Description of Work: Provider came to my house after I bought the service special, of 2 hrs of crack repairs. He assessed the job, looked around my house for other work and we set up a date for service. On the morning of the service Bob called me to postpone because of a heavy snow storm. It was reasonable, and I said no problem. He told me we had to reschedule but he did have his appointment book handy, and he would call me back to arrange for another date. He has not called and I have lost his number, I was reluctant to report this before because I didn't want to give him at bad report and I have expected him to call at some point. Obviously I have not heard from him and I would like my money refunded to me. I am vey disappointed with Angie's List and the follow up I have received.

Description of Work: Appointment was rescheduled 3 times for conflicts in provider's schedule. Work was performed by assistant who was courteous, professional, and experienced. I was satisfied with finished work. Although cost of service was $89.00 for 3 hours, only 2 hours of work was performed.

Description of Work: They arrived at 7:30 am, got set up Then Brad left, leaving Tony to do the painting. He did the first coat.Then asked me to open some of the windows to help the paint dry,He waited about 40 minutes and then started the second coat. He finished at 11:50. I then told him he could use the hose to clean his equipment,he said Thank you, and then Brad arrived to pick him up.

Description of Work: Brad of B & B Painting came down with pneumonia and was unable to perform the job back in September. I just spoke to him and he is still not recovered. | I want to cancel my order and ask for a refund.

Description of Work: Painted a Bedroom. It was difficult to finally get an appointment due to phone call tag. Always asked me to call in the evening and I admit I would forget, so it took a while to get the job done, but I contributed to that. I would have preferred he return my call. Work done was good, done by a local painter, not the person (owner) who came to look at the job. It was a good job for the price, in the future I'd use someone local. But if you live in his area you would likely get the job done more expediently.

Description of Work: He was very responsive. We had to meet on weekend and that took some time to coordinate since I am only at that property on weekends. It got too late in the season - temperatures dropping in 40s and paint will not dry properly if job is performed at this time. Thank You.

Description of Work: Painted ceilings in foyer, family room, kitchen and dining room. Also touched up the wall behind the refrig where we had accidentally sprayed some cleaning chemicals that discolored the wall. They also painted the outside of front door. Crew was prompt, professional and pleasant to work with at all times.

Description of Work: Brad's worker did a good job but it could have been better - a bit more skim coating would have gotten the walls abit more smooth. My biggest issue is that Brad charged me for a full 2 days(16 hours)-$498. His worker spent 5 hours each day for 2 days. Brad did not offer me a refund or additional work time. I subsequently read his reviews on Angie's list and saw there were similar complaints with others. My advise is to read reviews before you use someone. I am also disappointed that Angies list continues to sponsor companies like this. Buyer beware.

Description of Work: We had a little delay in getting the job done as one of the machines was being repaired. Brad kept us informed & did an excellent job when he cleaned the house. He also noticed that our stoop & pathway could use a cleaning & did that as well for no additional charge. He was very professional & friendly & we would be happy to recommend him & use his services again.

Description of Work: I am very happy with the room painted by this company. The painter arrived early, worked at a nice pace and did a great job. There were some scheduling delays and cancellations but overall I was pleased with result.

Description of Work: Painters did not put back some of the items from both room that was put in the hallway. In one room I found spots of paint on the floor.
